Dr. Moyeda and his entire team provide excellent care and professionalism. They always answer your questions and are attentive throughout the entire pre- and post-treatment process. They treat patients with great compassion and hold all the necessary certifications, giving you the confidence that you are in good hands.

Don’t even bother sending the pictures for the free WhatsApp consultation. At first, everything went smooth and fairly fast. They sent me the quote and lab tests needed to get done before the surgery. Then, I had a virtual consultation with the plastic surgeon and he sent me to get even more tests. I sent the tests results and I NEVER received an answer. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. If he could not even get back to me in regards to the tests results I wonder if he ever gets back to you in case you have any questions after the surgery.

I would love to give a positive review because the Dr was nice, but I can't not because of him but because of his staff. The Dr. opened a file for me, listened to what I wanted, mentioned his recommendations and after that NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED. I didn't receive a quote, nor a date, nor any possible dates for the operation to happen, not this month, nor year, nor next year I was simply told by Lcda. Rossy (Assistant), that she couldn't give me any date because she couldn't. Her answers were "I don't know, I can't tell you, I need to wait for instructions, I don't have dates soon". I replied "ok but for when do you have?" Lcda Rossy- "I dont know, I cant tell you, I can't give you dates if I don't have" I insisted "But Lcda. can you tell me more or less if it would be on December or next year or next month in order to have an idea" and this Lady repeated the same non sense "No I don't have anything soon, I don't know and I need to wait for instructions." What a shame and a waste of time!!
