Great plastic surgeon from Mexico.

I had rinoplasthy done with Dr. Fahme results were not the expected, my nose still looks crooked which was my main concern, after several messages and one visit in which he insure to fix the problem he has not done so yet. Overall, terrible experience and I wish I can get all the money I spent back. It has been almost 2 years since my surgery and I still don't have an answer from the doctor or his staff. As you can see he's blaming the ENT doctor who is very professional and has always answer my calls, which Dr. Fahme has not. Thinking about my next step.

Terrible service. They don't answer the phones. Out of 20 calls I've made, only one has been answered, and I've been trying to get through to them for about two months. I have to call the doctor's secretary's personal number; it's the only effective way I've found to contact them. Today I had an appointment (which I made over a month ago) with them, and when I arrived, it turned out THE DOCTOR WASN'T THERE and they hadn't been seeing anyone for DAYS. As a result, they didn't see me even though I was on the appointment schedule, and they didn't notify me in advance that they wouldn't be seeing me. I asked if they had a procedure for these cases, and they said yes, but that the administrator "forgot." I don't live in Nuevo León; I only came for that appointment (for an evaluation/nonsurgical rhinoplasty), so, obviously, I'm upset that they aren't responsible with the appointments and the times they schedule, and that they don't answer calls to clarify doubts. I find this clinic to be very poorly rated and mismanaged in terms of patient care. Note: I ask the person who manages this website to show my review to the doctor so he is aware of my experience and can change his management practices to prevent this from happening to others.
