I wanna give my honest review on Dr Heriberto Valdes. i traveled all the way from Seattle Washington USA to get a rhinoplasty with THIS doctor. Very educated/ knowledgeable and speaks fluent in English and Spanish. All though I'm only 2 weeks post op I see a huge change and I know that the ending result will be absolutely beautiful. He did a nose that fits my face structure and I'm just so happy I came to him! So far im healing great and have no negative review on the doctor himself. He is the BEST.

Great experience! All staff was friendly and welcoming. They were attentive to my needs. The day of my surgery all the team members who would be assisting in it came in and said hello while they prepped me (including the surgeon and he was the one who took my before and after pictures). They gave me instruction in paper on how to prepare pre op and post op. They also gave me my prescription med order to make sure I get my things before hand. They have been offering me laser treatments after my recovery included in my price.

The facilities are excellent, with three treatment rooms and two well-equipped operating rooms. The space is spacious. They offer treatments such as Morpheus, Venus Legacy, and HydraFacial, among others. The only drawback is the parking, but there's Punto Valle two blocks away and Plaza LUA one block away where you can also park. Dr. Heriberto is very experienced, performing 2 to 5 rhinoplasty procedures daily. He also performs liposuction, mommy makeovers, and more. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is very honest and straightforward! Highly recommended!

I traveled all the way from Chicago to get my nose done back in 2022. Two weeks before my scheduled surgery, the doctor rescheduled my appointment—even though I had already paid for my flight. As a result, I had to pay extra to change my travel plans. His assistant informed me through WhatsApp that the surgery would cost significantly more (almost $2,000 extra) if cartilage had to be taken from my rib. On the day of the surgery, the doctor ended up not needing to use cartilage from my rib—yet they still charged me the full price. I had repeatedly asked through text whether I would be charged in pesos or dollars, but they didn’t respond until the day of the surgery, when I was already at the office. I was told the payment had to be in U.S. dollars—which they preferred, so they could convert it themselves into pesos at a higher rate. In the end, I paid over $6,000 for the surgery alone—not including flights and medications. Later on, I found out the real reason he rescheduled my appointment: he was on vacation with his family at Disney. It’s clear he likes to overcharge foreigners, assuming it's easy money. He even tried defending himself in an Instagram post with a weak excuse. Go at your own risk, if you have the time and money. Such a disappointment, especially after following on his journey since 2016.

Truthfully speaking don't go here. They avt like they can't take a client and make appointments just to cancel them. Over rated Dr.
