I don’t recommend this allergy doctor Samuel Palma. I took my son on November 25 I flew from Texas to Monterrey because they told me he was one of the best doctors in Monterrey. I had a bad experience I had my son appointment at 10:00am and I got there at 8:45am a little sooner to get out early and i was there waiting and they were taking so long it was already 11 I ask the receptionist to see if they we’re going to see my son she told me he was next but I would only see people coming and leaving and I ask again couple minutes later I ask if the doctor was even there she told me no that he was on his way. Then I waited more time around 12:30 I ask the receptionist if the doctor was coming she told me that he had a flat tire and would be there 20 minutes. The doctor got there after 1:00 almost 1:30 he looked like he just woken up not professional at all then he did the allergy skin test to my son just for 5 minutes and I know those test take 20 minutes for the reaction to occur he didn’t do the allergy skin test correct then he wanted to give some shots to my son for the allergy reaction this doctor doesn’t do his work correctly be careful don’t take your kids with him he is not a safe doctor and not professional at all I just wasted money and time.
