I got a septorhinoplasty on December 4, 2023, and I am almost a year post-op. If you are thinking of getting your nose done with anyone, I recommend you get it done with Dr. Raul Perez Cerezo. I came from the U.S. because I came across his work and the results look natural! Most plastic surgeons let the patient pick the nose they desire, without paying attention to if it would harmonize well with the rest of their face. This makes it look very fake and odd. Dr. Raul Perez wants the best for his patients. He gives you what you want while ensuring that it fits your features! He ensures that his patients are healthy enough to get the surgery and communicates well. Dr. Raul Perez and his team make sure you have the most comfortable experience through the whole process and ensure that you know what is going on through it all. I recommend you have somebody who can help you translate, as well as take care of you during the process. If you're not from the country, it's hard to know how and where to get specific medications. I had family there, and it made it so much easier to get around the city.

I spent a lot of time researching surgeons in Mexico City before I made my choice. I read many reviews, compared different doctors, and even did video calls. From the first time I spoke with Dr. Raúl on Zoom, I could see he was patient and thoughtful. He asked me questions, listened carefully, and made sure he understood what I wanted and needed. When I flew in from California, everything went smoothly. It wasn’t only Dr. Raúl, it was his whole team. The anesthesiologist, the nurse, and the clinic itself were all excellent. Everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable. That gave me a lot of trust going into the surgery. What stood out most was the time he took with me. We met more than once before surgery, he always made time for me, and we reviewed images together with what we would do with my nose, and we talked through what I wanted. My main goal was to breathe better after an old boxing injury, and I also asked for a small adjustment so my nose looked straighter but still natural. He delivered exactly that. I’m still healing, but already the results are clear. My nose is straight, natural, and I can breathe so well now, im very grateful. After surgery, he even came to check on me at my hotel late at night when I wasn’t feeling well. That kind of care is rare. He didn’t rush, he took his time, and made sure I was okay. I feel lucky to have found him. I know there are other good surgeons in Mexico City, but my experience with Dr. Raúl was outstanding from start to finish. He is a skilled surgeon, works with a great team, and cares deeply for his patients. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering surgery, and there is no one else I would use in the future if I needed something else done.

I'm at a loss for words to fully express how grateful and satisfied I am with the results of my surgery. Coming from Houston and traveling to Mexico, I first saw the option during my initial online appointment with Dr. Perez. He made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Afterwards, we had a few more telehealth appointments and took great care in a thorough check-up before confirming the surgery. The staff—including the nurse, receptionists, and the rest of the team—during the procedure were absolutely fantastic. I’m looking for a facelift, eyes neck and any other enhancements that would be necessary possibly nose again I’ve had it done once was not to happy with it the first time it did look good in tel I had a surgery done a pacemaker put in a defibrillator defibrillator pacemaker, and put on weight now I am taking off the weight probably by a seat around May. I’m gonna say I’ll be ready to do my surgeries and enhancements. Also I’m looking at a skin removal on the stomach and tuck tummy tuck. I guess you call it. I had in 2000 surgery done and once prior to that like maybe two years prior to that they had to do a tubal one tubal removal and surgically opened the other one I was trying to see but anyways let’s go to back to. I was cut twice down there and so now I have like an overlap there and plus overweight so I’m trying I’m gonna get that weight off first I’m I’m taking medication’s to do this and yes we’re gonna schedule all this. I want to get ready for it in May. And get some pricing done too here now for everything to be done

This is my second experience with Dr. Raul, and I totally recommend him. He is a great doctor—extremely patient and with excellent bedside manner. I have already traveled twice from Texas to have surgeries with great results. I wish some doctors in the U.S. were as professional and understanding as the doctors in Mexico, especially Dr. Raul.
