I travel from California to Mexico City to get my rhinoplasty surgery with DR Carillo a month ago I’m very pleased and happy, my recovery was fast with no pain every day feeling better and loving my new nose. I had a previous surgery, this was my secondary rhinoplastic. He did an amazing job. I recommend him 100%.

If Google would allow me set 0 star on this Doctor, it would even be too much. Honestly the worst experience my fiancée and I ever had. She had an accident end of April 2023 in Switzerland, broken jaw, broken nose and teeth. She was successfully operated from the jaw in Switzerland and we had to come to Mexico to do the rest of the surgeries (nose ans teeth). Teeth went well and we found Dr. (If I can call him a Dr.) Jorge Carillo for the nose part based on the “high level” of recommendations (I really doubt where it comes from) he has . Warmly welcomed, we paid the first appointment, it went well, my fiancée felt secured, we fully trusted him and the process took 2 months to clear insurance parts as well as what he was going to do with her nose. The communication with this Doctor has ALWAYS been a real NIGHTMARE. We thought he was a professional, but when a Doctor can’t communicate anything REALLY ANYTHING to you, I can’t understand how he could be qualified as doctor. We went there 3 or 4 times and looking back at it, he just trapped us always with his fake smile. First showing us what his work on her nose would be, then to set up 3 times paper he wasn’t able to fill correctly. Once sent to the insurance and we got everything set, went back there so he would explain the surgery to us, we paid for the medicines she would have to take after her surgery, he confirmed his assistant will get back to us for the payment. Throughout that week, we never heard from him, until the day before she was supposed to get the surgery, he called us saying it won’t happen as he doesn’t have the materials to do it yet and he would get back to us. 1 week later nothing from him, and he changed all our plans for the rest of the year as he literally said to us he would operate my fiancée at “another occasion”. How human is this? Without mentioning another important piece was that we were supposed to have 3 times this surgery. Be a man, be a human, be honest with your patient… if you can’t do something, do not make promises as in our situation, it’s a massive waste of money ! JUST AVOID THIS DOCTOR, you will waste your time and money with him and I’m happy to bring more context to anyone interested in my review. Don’t trust these reviews, you will never regret it the way we are regretting it now.
