I traveled from California to Mexico City to see the doctor, and the experience was excellent. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, communicative, and patient, which was greatly appreciated. I had a preliminary consultation and felt very reassured: the doctor explained everything clearly, the reasoning behind each recommendation, and it was evident that he was very meticulous and knew what he was doing. During the treatment, he was patient and professional, and everything was carried out in a very organized manner. Something important to keep in mind is that you should allow plenty of time, as it's not a quick process, but that's precisely what speaks to their care and attention to detail. In the end, since it's a cosmetic treatment, it's totally worth it for the dedication and care they provide. I definitely recommend him, and I will certainly be back!

The doctor's care is incredible; he's a professional with extremely high standards of patient care. I felt completely comfortable during my consultation and treatment appointment. I really appreciated that all the attention was personalized and focused on my needs, rather than just "making a sale." Excellent service. The doctor's assistants were very kind and concerned about your well-being. Dr. Hiram is an excellent human being and an incredible professional; he explains everything, cares, and has the hands of an artist. Terrible service. I requested an appointment over a month in advance, and they tried to reschedule it 15 days before the date I requested. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, the person who attended me told me I hadn't confirmed and that if I wanted an appointment with the doctor, they would have to schedule it for another day because he doesn't work on Mondays. They said I had been scheduled for treatment without even having a medical evaluation. Appalling attention and disregard for people's time; terrible customer service.
