The reception staff are awful; they don't lift a finger except to scroll on their phones. Don't they realize they're tarnishing the doctors' image and good service?

I want to leave my criticism and suggestion. Dr. Portillo is a good doctor and does his job well, but because of his busy schedule, it's difficult to get appointments, with waits of up to five months. However, my main complaint is about his staff. The people at reception are rude, which leaves much to be desired and tarnishes the doctor's work, making me reluctant to return. From my first day to my last appointment, the reception staff didn't greet me, asked for things, and spoke to me very rudely. I heard several complaints in line, and anyone who has been here knows what I'm talking about. They need better treatment, both as a person and as a professional. It's a private practice that feels like going to a public hospital.
