The doctor's diagnosis and follow-up were excellent. I shared my blood test results with him via WhatsApp, and with a few tests, he identified the problem I was having and gave me advice on how to treat my achlorhydria. He was also very attentive during my appointments and answered all my questions. He ordered an endoscopy and has been very attentive to the results. Thank you for everything! :)

I highly recommend him. At first, I had some doubts and was a little scared, but I asked Dr. Eduardo about my concerns and shared my thoughts. I didn't feel pressured, even once I was in the office, and in the end, we had the procedure done. I loved it because it was very discreet, which is exactly what I was looking for. Plus, I had no discomfort whatsoever in the days that followed and stayed in touch with the doctor. I truly recommend him 🙏🏾

I spoke briefly with this doctor by phone and then by text message about a possible procedure. I decided to get a second opinion and ended up going to another doctor. He continues to harass me on WhatsApp, asking why I didn't choose him. When I mentioned the reason, he started using scare tactics to get me to choose him. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this is justified given the field he's in. This is one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had with a doctor, in any country. This was by far the least professional experience I've ever had with any doctor. I honestly can't believe it. I'm in shock. The procedure was to be on my face, and he threatened that the other doctor (whom he doesn't know) would disfigure me. He tried to play on any insecurities I had about my appearance. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. This would be grounds for investigation for professional misconduct in many countries. Not only did he completely shatter my trust in him, but he made me question doctors in general. Professional negligence, without a doubt. Never in my life has a doctor treated me so disrespectfully. As you will see in his response below, the doctor is now threatening to release private conversations, which, legally, should be protected with a doctor. This is further proof of incredibly unprofessional behavior. We had a brief phone call and WhatsApp messages. He asked me why I chose another doctor, and I told him. Beyond suggesting that the other doctor wasn't licensed, he suggested that the other doctor, a board-certified general surgeon, would disfigure my face. I had every right to be angry about that. Feel free to show the proof, "Doctor." Humiliate yourself even further. The WhatsApp messages will show that I asked the "doctor" to leave me alone and stop messaging me, more than once, before getting angry. He continued to send me unwanted messages, clearly intending to manipulate me into using his services. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism. In fact, I had to block this guy on WhatsApp because he wouldn't stop harassing me, even after I politely but firmly asked him to stop messaging me.
