They answered all my questions and even gave me confidence during the surgery. The facilities were very clean and convenient for scheduling appointments before my surgery. I definitely recommend them 100%. One of my friends had liposuction and looked beautiful. Just like me, her experience was a 10.

I had a breast augmentation! Everything was perfect. Dr. Isaac always explains your questions and offers many payment options. The clinic where I had the surgery is in excellent condition; they provide excellent care for you and your accompanying family member. Nurse Marisol was always attentive and followed up with me throughout the process. I really liked the result; it's what I expected. Keep in mind that if you're going to have surgery, you must have sufficient cash, not only for the surgery itself, but also for follow-up care, tests, and medications. But the doctor explains this to you beforehand. They ask for an advance payment, which I find helpful, since you can pay in installments. .

My surgery was in January and I'm thrilled with the result. Dr. De Hita was incredibly professional, always attentive, and provided follow-up before and after the surgery. And I can't even mention nurse Marisol, who was available at any time during my recovery and continues to be so helpful. I highly recommend them.

I'll speak from my own experience. To be honest, at first everything was great; I liked them from the moment I visited. The surgery went very well. But then, from one day to the next, they stopped answering my messages and never discharged me, which is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, something went wrong during my surgery. They said it could be fixed in the office, but they didn't give me any answers, they didn't resolve my problem, they just stopped responding.

The person responsible for answering WhatsApp messages on their page provided terrible customer service. They ask for an advance payment without even knowing if you're a candidate for surgery, which made me very suspicious. The doctor was excellent; I had a lot of confidence in him being the one to operate on me. It's a shame about the service from the person who answers the messages. Even though I told her I had no problem paying for the tests to determine my candidacy and would pay for the consultations myself, she argued that it's protocol to pay the advance first. It was incredibly poor service. She seems to think she's selling a product. As a patient, you want peace of mind above all else. She was very unprofessional and left a very bad taste in my mouth. They definitely lost a patient because of this woman's poor service. It's a shame they have such poorly trained staff. I'll look for other options, as she mentioned: if it's not with her, no one else can give me the care I need, and on top of everything, she's rude. What a shame, really.
