Everyone was so nice and helpful! It was super relaxing. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. I am from the USA and have never been to a spa in the U.S. with estheticians that are so friendly and helpful like the ones here at Beauty Concept. The services are also amazing. I will totally be back ☺️

Staff was nice but I got a hifu facial and my skin is absolutely wrecked. It made me break out like crazy and it is still tender. I don’t think they did it correctly. As of now would not recommend

Don’t come here for Botox or injectables. Their prices are a ripoff. Can get equal prices in the states. The minute you speak English or they discover you’re a tourist you get the “tourist special price list”. When you discuss pricing with them they come off condescending, a poor attempt at that- next and no thanks.

I visited Beauty Concept Clinic in Mexico City with a friend who lives locally. We both got HIFU and a massage. Since neither of us are native Spanish speakers, her husband came to help translate so we could ask questions and understand the treatment. Even with that, we received very minimal information and almost no guidance on aftercare — we specifically asked and were told to “do everything as normal.” Unfortunately, that was not accurate. Within 4 days, I developed a rash on my forehead about the size of a golf ball, and my friend ended up with bumps across her face. Had we known proper aftercare, we would have handled things differently. We also left feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of the clinic. During my service, the assistant was visibly picking at a pimple on her face while waiting to put gel on my face, no gloves — something that should never happen in a professional aesthetic environment. The clinic only reached out to us after receiving a negative review, which felt reactive instead of caring or proactive. I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but based on the lack of communication, poor hygiene practices, and the skin reactions we both experienced, I do not recommend this clinic to travelers or non–Spanish speakers. I wish we had known what we were walking into beforehand.

In a visit to get my dark circles corrected I got talked into getting an extra procedure that would smooth some of my expression lines which it would add some high cheek volume. The procedure did not go as expected I ended up with noticeable bumps that were claimed to go away after a month. I'm writing this two months later and the uneven surface of my high cheeks is as noticeable as it was 2 days after the day of the procedure. I would be careful with this clinic, I'm sure getting simple procedures like Botox and facials it's fine but fillers and face sculpting is not their forte. Now I will live for 2 years with a partially disfigured face. Be very careful with this clinic.
