First of all I never give reviews, but the work Dr Javier Roman did was so amazing, that I just had to give this review, I had a tummy tuck done and Dr Javier Roman did an exceptional job, I will and do recommend him to all of my friends and family members. Dr Javier Roman was so professional and honest from the 1st time I met with him, during my consultation, Dr Javier Roman answered all my questions was very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable, he made me feel confident and at peace, to move forward with my procedure, and I’m so pleased with my results. Dr Javier Roman has impecable skills as a surgeon. Thank you to Dr Javier Roman and his staff.

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Javier Roman. While I believe he is knowledgeable and skilled, the experience left me feeling uncared for. His demeanor was dry and standoffish, and he didn’t examine my nose, making it hard to feel confident moving forward. The appointment started 30 minutes late, lasted less than 10 minutes, and cost nearly $100. A friend of mine had a virtual consultation with another doctor who took the time to explain skin types, how they can affect results, and other important details. I expected similar thoroughness and care, especially for an in-person visit. I’ve had other procedures with very personable doctors — some I even became friends with — so I was excited to meet Dr. Roman because his work is beautiful from what I’ve seen in pictures. I don’t mean any disrespect, but my advice would be for him to be a bit more personable and greet patients with a smile. A small gesture can go a long way in making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

If i could give him -5 i would. He not only messed me up the first time, but the second time he left me even worse. First Time he did a TT and BA and he totally botched my body. The TT incision was open for almost 4 months and all him and his staff said that it was "normal", which it obviously wasn't. Breast implants were completely uneven and be blamed it on me, stating i had uneven breast, so as a result he mentioned i would have to have surgery again and redo the BA &TT, but this this he had to do a Flor De Lis TT, and i also added an arm lift. If you could only see how terrible my scars looks since day one. He not only charged me for the procedure he did wrong the first time, but he also left me with more scars and uglier than the first time, but now I would have to spend twice the money I spent the first couple of times to begin with. I had to go to different doctors for a consultation and they ALL agreed on not only him botching my body, but also not being honest about implant size he claimed he changed on the second surgery, but also they mentioned that my incisions were not made by a real "Plastic Surgeon" and more like a General medicine Dr. Lastly, after the second surgery he only came to see me twice. Every time i would come to to the office for a follow up, he had his staffing cleaning up the scars with no gloves and when i mentioned a bad smell was coming out from the incisions, his nurses said "it's normal, it would go away" obviously i knew it wasn't normal, so i had to go to a different Dr and paid for them to clean the scaring and get medication. For whatever reason he didn't have the courtesy/professionalism to take care of it himself as the "Dr" he claims he is.
