Absolutely Life-Changing Experience at Nova Imagen! I recently had a Lipo 360 procedure at Nova Imagen and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. From the very beginning, the communication was fantastic. Samantha took her time in answering all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable during the appointment coordination. My nurse, Verenice, was beyond kind and attentive. She explained each step before proceeding and was incredible gentle throughout the process. During my recovery she was there with me every step of the way, providing support and encouragement that made all the difference. Doctor Carlos Ibarra is a true sweetheart. So approachable and genuinely invested in my happiness. The results are beyond my expectations, my waist is beautifully sculpted and my arms, back, and legs look absolutely stunning. I am forever grateful for this incredible journey and can wholeheartedly say that I highly recommend Nova Imagen! If you are considering any procedure, look no further - this team is beyond exceptional.

This used to be a very good clinic but has gone downhill badly in the past 2 years after Covid. It seems the doctor does not want to deal with patients directly anymore, he has the receptionists and poorly trained staff answer any medical questions after surgery which is reckless and irresponsible, especially when you have problems. Staff turnover is very high and the language barrier is a problem if you speak English. I asked for all contracts to be given to me ahead of time so that I could have them translated into English before surgery but they only gave me enough so that I gave them a "non-refundable" deposit. I paid the entire amount the morning they prepared me for surgery and then they surprised me with about 8-10 more pages of contacts in Spanish as I waited in bed for the operating room. I felt this was very deceitful as I could not back out at that point without losing thousands and thousands of dollars. He charges a premium price but does not give premium service. I requested my "before" photos that they took in the hospital room before going into surgery and they gave me a bunch of administrative stonewalling so I will be proceeding with a lawyer as they also refused to give me copies of the contacts which I had signed with the doctor's signature on them as well. Shame, after being a patient previously with this doctor it seems he no longer cares about the patient and does not want to deal with them after taking their money, only collecting huge fees (which are higher than what I would pay at home in Canada) and then having the staff deal with anything when you ask questions or request your own records. I won't go into the problems with the surgeries, that varies with each person but I no longer recommend this clinic or Dr. Ibarra.

My girlfriend and I went to this clinic for botox. I’ve been getting botox treatments for over 10 years and my girlfriend for less than 2 so she absolutely does not have any tolerance. We have been to several clinics in Mexico but this was the first time in Ensenada. We went for a Christmas special, where the prices were lower, so our expectations were also lower, but after 4 weeks the treatment has completely warn off both of us. This includes going back for a touch up that didn’t change anything. I don’t know if the botox serums were just old causing them to be ineffective or if the doctor injected in the wrong sites, but I have never had a treatment wear off in less than a month. The doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable but even with the special we feel ripped off.
