Dr Solis and the team were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend for lip filler, especially for a first time. The team is kind and patient. Dr Solis explains everything you can imagine when it comes to filler and shows you each step along the way. He personalizes every visit with no rush. I didn’t describe what I wanted exactly and he injected the hyaluronic acid to fit my face proportions perfectly. Easy process with little pinches and very little after effect! My lips were slightly tender as expected but the swelling was minor! Amazing results and professionals

I had an amazing experience at Vive Medical Spa. My specialist, Yenisse, gave me a personalized hour-long facial followed by a lymphatic drainage massage that included radiofrequency therapy, which gently stimulated my lymphatic system. It felt incredible and I could actually feel the tension melt away. She even recommended a cream for me to use at home, with no pressure to buy anything at the spa (though I ended up getting it because it was that good). Dr. Solis was just as impressive. He did my Botox and Massetter Botox and gave me the most detailed consultation I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting Botox for five years, and he went more in depth than anyone I’ve seen before. He was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The front desk staff was also fantastic. They were so helpful and even sent me step-by-step instructions on where to go once my Uber dropped me off. As a non-Spanish speaker, I was a little nervous about communication, but everyone spoke perfect English and made me feel totally at ease. Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and welcoming. Five stars all the way. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Cancún.
