I had an incredible experience with Dr. Norman for my very first Dysport treatment! I was a bit nervous going into it, but Dr. Norman was absolutely amazing and highly professional from start to finish. She is extremely careful, paying close attention to every tiny detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, good, and completely safe throughout the entire process. ​For my first time, I was shocked at how painless it was—I hardly felt a thing! Her injection technique is incredibly gentle, fast, and highly effective. What really set her apart was her patience; she took the time to explain the different results I could expect between various treatments, such as microneedling and thermage. She has demonstrated a level of knowledge that is truly beyond and above anyone else. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, skilled, and deeply caring, I cannot recommend Dr. Norman enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mariana for both lip filler and chin filler. The clinic was very clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere immediately put me at ease. Dr. Mariana was kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The results look natural and beautifully done I couldn’t be happier. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Vanity Aesthetics for anyone considering fillers.

A 10/10 experience and quality of procedure. The space is high end, clean, well organized and the staff speaks great English. A group of 5 of us came in and we had an amazing experience having our procedures (including consultations and advice for us all.) Sincerely, don’t hesitate to book - great prices, high quality products, a staff with huge skill/eye for what looks good and perfect hygiene standards. We came while staying at a resort in Cancun and the team took great care of us throughout the whole process and was extremely communicative from when I reached out initially to schedule on WhatsApp. We will be coming back next time we are in Cancun!

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vanity Aesthetic Cancun. I booked a HydraFacial expecting a professional, deep-cleansing treatment, and what I received was the opposite. The cleansing was very superficial — my pores were not properly cleaned at all, and I left with my skin looking and feeling almost exactly the same as when I arrived. When you have experience with high-quality facials, you immediately feel the difference — and this was not it. The therapist who performed the treatment came across as unprofessional and lacking proper knowledge. This was evident in the way my face was cleansed, the incorrect pressure and technique, and even during the scalp massage. There was no confidence, precision, or understanding of what a proper HydraFacial protocol should feel like. On top of that, the clinic did not have the proper cleansing add-ons required for deep cleansing, despite the fact that I clearly communicated my expectations before coming. Because of this, the therapist could not even recommend or adjust the treatment properly. Communication was also a serious issue — the therapist could not confidently speak English, which made it impossible to discuss concerns or receive professional guidance. After the treatment, I spoke with the administration. While I was sitting in the lobby, they called the owner, yet nothing was resolved. Despite delivering a poor and incomplete service, they still insisted on full payment of a premium price. For them, it seems acceptable to charge high-end prices for low-quality service. For me, it is not. I am sharing this so others — especially those used to professional aesthetic treatments — can make an informed decision. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend this clinic.
