My experience for breast implants and lift was amazing!! Dr. Marco Carmona and his assistant Alexa were so wonderful every step of the way. I felt so taken care of and the price was a portion in comparison to the US! And the work was done SO WELL! I am the happiest woman ever with my new breasts after 3 years breast feeding 😉🥰💃🏻 so recommended!!!

I'm a 37 year old male, who works out alot and came here for liposuction on my hips, abdomen and upper pubic area. I came here from the U.S because 1: it was a fraction of what it cost me in the U.S and 2: I had never been to Cancun and wanted to experience it. I've had work done before on the jawline so I know how stress there is. The whole process from beginning to end was very streamlined and efficient, which was alarming since it takes forever in the U.S to get seen. For instance it took me 2 months for an Xray on my wrist at home, and over there I got an Xray of my chest within 10 minutes. , To begin with I contacted his assistant Danny, an Australian who speaks multiple languages, set up all the financial and timing affairs for me. She's really fantastic, funny, and organized, which is very helpful since her presence means you won't be waiting long for any answers and any concerns she answers in detail. Then there was the driver Arturo, whom she had help me out. He was excellent and also speaks multiple languages. Which was very helpful since he takes you to all your appointments at various clinics beforehand to make sure your body can handle the procedure. So if you're worried about where to go or how to communicate with the nurses and doctors since most of the ones I met spoke very little english, (my spanish is equivalent to a child) you don't have to worry, he actually took great care of me. After my surgery when I couldn't walk, he actually walked into a pharmacy and got me a better deal on the pain medicine I was trying to get.(Even at legitimate pharmacies they hike up the price for foreigners.) Arturo was fantastic and your driver is pretty much your best friend when you get there. Then there was Dr. Carmona who is a fantastic surgeon and easy to talk to. If your Spanish isn't good, no worries since he's fluent in english. He went through if it were safe for me to do. Which entails health problems, and also if you are a smoker( you can't smoke within 2 months before surgery). It was actually a really quick meeting, maybe 10 minutes at most. He goes over after care and concerns. Afterwards I did have a few complications that alarmed me that I wasn't expecting. I didn't think the swelling would move into areas that had not been worked on. For instance, )this may be too much information, but I actually wished I found this out beforehand) my groin and testicles swell up to a really scary size. I couldn't sit or walk very long and was bedridden afterwards for 3-4 days. It got so bad I had to reschedule my flight home for a week later. So I reached out to Artuoro if he could set up the nurse to come to my hotel room to take a look. Usually this is around $30 to have them come. Instead, Dr. Carmona himself came over and drained a few sections and made sure I was using the compression garment correctly. Honestly this was a level of care I wasn't expecting. I would never expect a US doctor to do this. But there he was at 9 am in the morning at my hotel making sure I was doing well. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're like me, a single male who's hesitant to have such a big surgery Alone in a different country. Only things I would change is I would stay at the Renaissance and not the Hampton inn. They get a discount at both but the former is really close to the beach and the later has absolutely nothing close by. I probably spent more at the Hampton since I had to get my food ubered to me. Also I would make sure I had at least 2 weeks there to recover. Even though I wasn't too far from my ideal body I wanted, I'm glad I chose Dr. Carmona over the others in Cancun and also the surgeons in the US. Highly Recommend, Dr, Carmona and his assistants Danny and Arturo!

He’s very kind, thorough, well mannered, friendly, and most of all professional & I’m not leaving out Danny, Arturo & many other staff👍 I came to him 2018 for eye lifting & very satisfied which reason now March 2023 I have come to him for Otoplasty. My plan is to return in near future for more work. Everything I mentioned above are qualities I look for in life! I highly recommend Dr. Carmona to everyone🙏🏻

My experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect! I had a breast augmentation done and am 3 days post op. Danny is more than helpful with answering all questions and in a timely manner. I am from Wa. and did my initial consult via email with Danny. I already had a resort in place along with a car so didn’t need those services, but did utilize the pick ups and drop offs from appt. Arturo was my driver and was prompt and friendly, he even allowed a stop at Starbucks leaving the hospital post op. The Dr. Carmona has the best personality. I will not lie, I was very nervous and he seen it and calmed me right down. From the first meeting to our last one he stayed true to his great personality, we even talked about our families. When I need other services I would 100% return to Shape and Beauty in Cancún.

Horrible experience with this practice. They never answer the phone. The girl who texts is very rude. Slow response time. Customer service is rude!!!!!!! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
