I had an appointment with Dr. Montiel and he is just the best!!!! I received dysport and filler. I am absolutely in love with my results! My lips have never looked this good! With my injector in the states, I always bruise. I have zero bruising with Dr. Montiel. We had talked about doing a few more things but he never pressured me. He was happy with letting me think about it and coming back the following day if I decided that I would like to move forward with doing more. I would definitely recommend oneline if you are in Cancun! Thanks for taking such good care of me! See you guys again on my next trip back 😊

They were super accommodating. I was looking for natural results & the doctor only suggested as much as I needed, didn’t try to upsell me for more filler & units, like many Med Spas in the US do! To me that’s a green flag & they really prioritize your comfort here. Got numbed in several areas before treatment, and truly I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. Prices were great too and available upfront on their website (another green flag)! I will be returning in the future 💚

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Oneline Beauty Clinic in Cancun truly 5 stars from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was so impressed by how clean, modern, and professional the clinic is. The staff immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, which meant a lot because I was honestly a bit nervous coming to a clinic in another country while on a family vacation from Canada. The consultation process was extremely thorough. I was first taken into a room where they photographed every angle of my face, which made me feel confident that everything would be carefully assessed and customized. After that, I met with Dr. Gilberto Sánchez, who was absolutely amazing. He took his time explaining everything in perfect English, gave me multiple options, and never made me feel pressured into anything. What really stood out was how precise and detail-oriented he was, he actually measured the angles of my face to ensure symmetry and to maintain a natural look, which was exactly what I wanted. It felt very personalized and thoughtful, not rushed at all. After discussing everything, he provided a quote and then gave me time alone to think about my choices, which I really appreciated. When he returned, I felt confident in my decisions. He also showed me many before-and-after photos of previous patients, which helped reassure me even more. Another huge plus for me was transparency they opened all the Botox and Juvederm filler in front of me so I could see exactly what was being used. As someone who is very particular about brands and quality, this made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the treatment. I did a lot of research beforehand and even had consultations at two other clinics in Cancun, but I can honestly say I felt the safest and most confident here. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. I look snatched!!!! Amazing service! Doctor Gilberto is simply the best!!! He is very knowledgeable and experienced specialist. I’ve been seeing him for years and never got disappointed. He helped me to resolve some serious complications after Radiesse injections at another clinic. When every other places said no, doctor Gilberto helped me right away with no doubt. My mom and I love him so much ❤️

I came back to Oneline because my visit a few years ago was good. The quality has dropped since then, and prospective patients should know what they're walking into. 1. My thigh Ultraformer was applied unevenly and my thighs are now visibly asymmetric. The clinic refused to cover corrective treatment -- fixing an asymmetry costs them almost nothing and is the bare minimum. 2. CO2 concerns treated as a sales pitch. I raised an issue with my CO2 result. They said they'd "look at it" --they meant I could pay them again to fix it. Big difference between standing behind your work and funneling concerns into a second invoice. 3. Paid for two CO2 areas, neck never finished. I paid for face and neck - my face was completed, only part of my neck was treated. Granted I needed to stop mid-treatment, but a clinic operating in good faith would have offered a partial refund for what I didn't receive. They didn't. 4. I disclosed a serious allergy in advance. Staff weren't very accommodating - no alternatives, no workarounds, that was left to me. Afterward they tried to sell me aftercare products containing my known allergen. 5. Bait-and-switch pricing. I was promised a 10% WhatsApp discount before my trip. By the time I arrived, it didn't exist. I had the quote in writing; don't assume yours will be honored at the door. There was also a significant language barrier before and during treatment -- understandable, but it made things difficult. I used to recommend Oneline. I don't anymore. If you have allergies or you're traveling specifically for treatment, look elsewhere.
