Me and my family were on vacation in Cancun. It was the last day and I went to go get water in our hotel. As I opened the door, my finger tip got slammed by the door and amputated. We went to the nearest hospital and then God sent an angel. Dr. Jose Manuel Pastrana. He performed a V-Y advancement flap surgery which I have been healing from the past couple months. And my finger is looking the exact same, all the medicines helped so much too. If it weren’t for Dr. Manuel, I would not have my finger anymore. Thank you so much Dr. Manuel, I will never forget this and you saved my index finger from being gone forever. Definitely recommend to everyone, very gentle, talented, and experienced surgeon.

Dr Pastrana did an exceptional job, I had very little pain or bruising after surgery and he and his team took very good care of me and my husband ( who was worried about me). So far my arms and back look great , there is still swelling on my abdomen, but I am only 3 weeks out.

He is the best plastic surgeon in Cancun. I highly recommend him. His treatment is friendly and professional. Many acquaintances who have had surgery with him have had more than they expected and have been very satisfied with Dr. Pastrana's work.

He is a very good plastic surgeon, excellent work, I highly recommend him, very kind in all his interactions.

Although her breast surgery was good, it affected my buttocks, and she doesn't acknowledge the poor work.
