I found the staff to be very rude and confrontational. Rather than being greeted with professionalism or courtesy, the interactions felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, the clinic’s cleanliness fell far below reasonable expectations. The floors appeared unwashed, and there were visible smudges on the walls that resembled dirt, contributing to an overall sense that the facility is not being properly maintained. I also felt uncertain about the information provided to me during my consultation. The Doctor's explanations lacked clarity and confidence, which made me feel uneasy and unsure about the guidance I was receiving. I must mention that the woman who answered the phone during my initial inquiry sounded extremely unpleasant and unhelpful, setting a negative tone even before my appointment began. Overall, the clinic appears to be poorly managed, and the experience did not meet the standards of professionalism or care I would expect from a medical office. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, as improvements in staff conduct, cleanliness, and communication would significantly enhance the quality of patient experience.
