I had a 360 liposuction and tummy tuck with Dr. Arturo Valdez two years ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I absolutely love my results, and even now, two years later, I’m still so grateful for the care and attention I received throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me during my consultation was how thorough and honest Dr. Valdez was. Unlike some other plastic surgeons I had consulted with beforehand, who felt more focused on getting me booked in quickly, Dr. Valdez took the time to properly explain every detail of the surgery, the risks, the recovery, and what would realistically work best for my body type. I was able to see Dr. Valdez as many times as I needed during recovery, and I never felt rushed or unsupported. The hospital facilities were fantastic, and having a 24-hour nurse with me for the first day after surgery made such a huge difference and helped me feel safe and cared for. Overall, I truly can’t thank Dr. Arturo Valdez enough for what he did for me. He gave me a whole new lease of life and confidence, and I would recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

I can confidently say I am extremely happy with both my results and my experience with Dr. Pedro Arturo Valdez Gómez. Before surgery, I felt embarrassed in bikinis. My breasts were dense but droopy, and I avoided attention at the lake, beach, or pool. From the beginning, he was patient, respectful, and incredibly thorough. I’m a shy person when discussing my body, so I appreciated that virtual consultations were fully clothed. He never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, even with all my questions. During my in-person consultation, he took a tremendous amount of time explaining my anatomy, measurements, implant recommendations, healing, and realistic expectations. He listened carefully to what I wanted instead of trying to push me toward a larger size. I had a breast lift with over-the-muscle 300cc implants. I wanted natural-looking breasts that moved naturally, not large round implants sitting high on my chest. Dr. Valdez understood exactly what I meant and delivered the results I wanted while still respecting my anatomy. The care throughout the process was honestly beyond what I expected. The hospital staff, anesthesiologist, nurses, Marlen, Amy, and the entire team were incredibly kind. I especially appreciated the attention to privacy, comfort, and post-op monitoring. I never felt like “just another surgery.” Recovery was easier than I expected, and six months later my implants are already very soft and natural looking. Most importantly, I finally feel comfortable in bikinis again and feel feminine and confident instead of self-conscious. In 2023 I decided to have a brow lift , upper blepharoplasty and revision rhinoplasty with Dr Arturo Valdez. To say that Dr Valdez is a brilliant surgical sculptor is an understatement. His expertise, attention to detail and ability to listen and understand exactly what I wanted was truly impressive. He is very professional , attentive and compassionate. My eyelids are no longer saggy, they look the same as they did when I was in my 30' s . My new nose is beautiful and very elegant looking ! And most importantly I am able to breathe properly now. Last year I decided to go back to Dr Valdez and get earlobe reduction surgery along with the removal of numerous cherry angiomas all over my body. Because of the dainty new earlobe shape my whole face has a more youthful appearance now. I have another plastic surgery planned in the next few months and am so excited about seeing Dr Valdez once again ! Update... I am now 5 months post op from another brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, extended deep plane facelift and necklift. I havent ever had any work done on my chin, lips or any other body part.
