Dr Carlos López Collado

This here is a little long but worth reading if you consider this Doctor! I had surgery on August 1st to address a broken breast implant (which had been in place for eight years, originally done in my home country with a different surgeon) and to undergo liposuction. Dr. Lopez is on the pricier side, but his expertise makes it worthwhile. I couldn’t return to Germany for surgery, so I chose Dr. Lopez after extensive research. His experience and knowledge stood out among the many doctors I considered. Initially, I hesitated when Dr. Lopez suggested a breast lift due to my fear of scarring, especially after seeing many concerning images online (from random women all over the world). However, I trusted his judgment, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the results. The scars are so thin that I’m confident they won’t be noticeable in a year (I’m still in recovery and swollen). The results so far look fantastic, and I would definitely return to him for any future procedures. Dr. Lopez performed the surgery at Cecilip, where the staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. The overall professionalism of Dr. Lopez and his team exceeded my expectations. I received post-surgery massages from Yomaira, who was incredibly kind and attentive. One highlight of my recovery was the personal care I received; they even washed my garment and helped me shower, which was an experience I hadn’t encountered before. Dr. Lopez’s understanding of his patients and his exceptional care truly set him apart. Thank you 🙏🏽 *One minor issue to note—though not a negative critique—is that I wish I had been informed from the beginning that I would need to wear a bra for at least three months. I was initially told that the typical recovery time was six weeks, so I went without a bra for two days and am now concerned that I may have affected my results. Dr. Lopez mentioned this when I arrived without my garment for a post-six-week appointment.*

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Lopez Collado! The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Lopez made me feel very comfortable and confident. Choosing Him was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I am 3 months post op and I’m in love with my results! I am the most confident I’ve ever been, it’s really been life changing! I strongly recommend Dr. Lopez to anyone desiring the BEST OF THE BEST plastic surgeon. Highly recommend him and his excellent staff!

So far so good...upper and lower eyelid surgery almost a month ago and results show the doctor's skills. Dr. Collado cares about his patients and there's a continuous follow-up after surgery whick to me is essential. Would highly recommend.

I am so grateful of Dr Lopez Collado and his team. My surgery was 7 months ago and today is the day I can contact him with any questions. Having a Doctor that truly cares about you is priceless. I do recommend him 100%. My results were beyond my expectations and I cannot wait until I see him again for my second round. I was very nervous when I went to the clinic the first time but after meeting him and asking him all my question he gave me that peace of mind to continue with the process. Another thing I love about him, he won’t do any treatment if you don’t qualify (blood work ). I have diabetes and it took me almost a year to get my health on excellent condition before he gave me the okay. Thank you Dr Lopez and his team.

I had surgery with Dr. Collado four years ago. He performed a breast augmentation and TT. Although the doctor and his staff had great bedside manner, made sure that I was okay after surgery, and was quick to respond to all of my inquiries, unfortunately, he botched my tummy tuck. One side of my stomach where the incision line is, is slightly bigger than the other side because he did not do a proper job of making sure both sides were even before stitching me up. At first, a few months after surgery, I thought it was swelling. I was patient and gave it time. After most of my swelling went down, I thought it was a seroma. I had a doctor in the ER exam me, they did an ultrasound but couldn't find anything. It was then that I knew I had been botched. My scars are also not nice to look at despite using compression garments and silicone scar tape religiously. Although I didn't have any complications, I'm still not satisfied with the results and would not choose this doctor again.
