As a practicing RN in the US with experience in cosmetic surgery and aesthetics, I was surprised at the negative reviews posted. I took time to read them as my own experience with RLPS has been so positive. I found that most of the negative reviews center around very well documented risk factors, and are more than balanced by excellent reviews. Hematomas happen and are easily addressed. Nerve damage can and does happen, and is not always reversible. Imperfect results do happen and revisions are sometimes required. This is the case in ANY cosmetic procedure with any surgeon.Traveling for a surgical procedure does require some common sense forethought. If you plan to leave before your sutures are ready for removal, be sure that you have ready access to someone who can remove them. Dr Cohen addressed this very issue with me when he asked when I was traveling home. If something isn’t just right after recovery, you should, of course, be prepared to return for revision just as you would be with a surgeon at home. All of these are issues that should be addressed BEFORE making the decision to travel for a surgery of any sort. I am 100% happy to give a 5* review here as I have found the staff to be kind, professional and knowledgeable, and the care to be proactive and preventative as opposed to reactive, which is so often the case in the US. I will definitely return for any future procedures, and will recommend to any friends considering traveling for cosmetic surgery. Shout out to Alejandra for her INTENSE post lipo massages!

My experience here was excellent. The level of professionalism was exceptional, the quality of work was consistent with expectations, and the attention I received was superb pre- and post-surgery (lower/mid face lift). My primary interface was with Dr. Cohen who, like the other surgeons, is internationally recognized. I realize some people are hesitant about traveling out of the country for a procedure like mine. My advice is not to hold yourself hostage to quality-related biases in favor of your home country.

ONE YEAR UPDATE!! (See pics below) Results are amazing. Since then I’ve had an arm lift. I also had total mouth restoration at Prisma Dental $40,000 LESS than my quote in Austun. I traveled from Austin, Texas to have a mini facelift with fat transplant. I look amazing! This was the best decision I have made in 5 years. I’m going back. I have nothing but great things to say about both Dr Cohen and Dr. Rashi Rosenstock. From the incredibly friendly and professional staff to the nurses and even the security guard outside. Everything about this place is 5 stars. This place is clean and state of the art. I met several return clients in the waiting room from the US and they all raved about this place. I returned to the US and had my stitches removed by a plastic surgeon here and he was impressed with my results. I’m more than happy. You can’t beat the prices and the surgeons are extremely well regarded and experienced. Photos are March 10th (day before surgery) and today, March 27th. Last two pics are 1 year later.

I went to them around 15 to 20 years ago and was very pleased with the work they did so I went back in November 24. I was having a few procedures done . I wanted a neck lift, mons pubis, and breast lift. The mons pubis was a complete waste of money and only left me with a large scar. They did a neck and face lift. I would have been happy if that hadn’t been a waste of money as well. The breast lift was good except that I ended up with cellulitis. Not sure how this happened. So not blaming the doctors completely. Very unhappy with everything that happened there.

I had a lower eye lid lift, a lower face lift and neck lift. There was ZERO improvement and now I have hideous scars and deformed ears. I'm still recovering while having to accept that I was cut open and sewn back together for nothing. The low prices aren't worth it if they are going to make you look worse.
