I arrived from Dubai with a very bad eye problem. I was treated by a good doctor there. Dr. Flikier welcomed me with open arms, and thank God he found the problem and everything is under control. He will be my doctor from now on.

My husband suffers from a disease called keratoconus, which has left him very neglected. Thank God, the Virgin Mary, Dr. Fiker, and Dr. Ismael, who is an angel God sent us, he now has his glasses and sees much better. Many blessings.

Good afternoon, Doctors. I hope you are well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of coordination among the staff who attend to your patients. On Saturday, April 20th, I requested my medical records via WhatsApp. On Monday, they responded and asked for my name and other information. I sent it, and on Monday, April 22nd, they told me that because the documents take time to process, they would send them between Wednesday and Friday. I set a reminder in my calendar to check on my records on Friday, April 26th, because NO ONE from the institute followed up on my request. I followed up again, and they told me that the information would take 5 to 6 business days, which is completely contrary to what they told me in their initial response on Monday, April 22nd. I insisted that I needed it for my appointment with the new ophthalmologist on Saturday, April 27th, an appointment I missed and had to reschedule because, guess what, they didn't have my information. On Friday, between messages and calls I made to the institute, they promised to send me the information on Monday, April 29th, which was yesterday. And guess what? To this day, no one has contacted me or even sent anything. It's a shame that the institute doesn't prioritize customer service and that the people handling the customer service channels don't have a clear procedure. If I don't receive the information today, I will file a report with an officer and request it through the courts, seeking damages. This same comment will be included in your institute's Google reviews. It's important that other patients know what's happening and the kind of service you offer. Sincerely, Diego Calvo Leiva.
