Wow, what a service! I arrived with a head injury, which is really scary when you are in a foreign country. I should not have been concerned, as the team were amazingly professional and so very kind. The atmosphere in the clinic between the staff is friendly, regardless of their job. Whether you be the Head Doctor, cleaner, nurse or porter, all very valued. I had a CT scan and MIR, and they looked after me incredibly well. My experience was amazing, all the staff and Dr. Rivera P. were very attentive and immediately made you feel safe. Also my contact Adriana she is just amazing and the best guidance I could have had. If I have to choose them again I will do it without hesitation.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I arrived for a scheduled, non-emergency consultation; however, instead of receiving a consultation, I was directed to a hospital bed where IVs, lab work, and an ultrasound were performed. At the time, I was led to believe that these procedures were necessary for evaluating my concerns. Unfortunately, I left with a bill of nearly $700, without receiving clear answers or an actual consultation with a physician. At the conclusion of the visit, I was informed by a doctor that I had come to the wrong facility and that they were unable to assist me. This experience was both frustrating and costly, and I would have appreciated clearer communication regarding the services provided and the clinic’s scope of care. After posting this review the owner posted a reply to reach out to them. I did reach out via WhatsApp. I was told they would contact me to review & explain on Monday 4/6/2026. Unfortunately, as of today 4/8/26, I still have not been contact nor have my phone calls or text messages been answered. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
