I stumbled upon the comments section by chance. I'm the one who knows the names of those patients sitting at the desk, confirms their information, and calls them. I know all our patients, but I don't know any of the patients who left negative reviews 😕 For example, there's this one with a bruised eye, why don't I know such a patient? 🤔 We don't have a money counting machine in our clinic, but we do, if you had asked, I would have told you 🫠 It's so easy to slander, isn't it? It's shameful. Please don't do such things. If you have a problem, come and let's solve it. We're always here 😇

Dr. Ebru is a truly caring, friendly, and highly successful physician. My treatment process went very smoothly, and I am very pleased with the result. The clinic environment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, Dr. Özge at the reception desk was incredibly cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I had breast lift surgery in October 2025. Before and after the surgery, you absolutely cannot interact with Ebru Durmuş. Before and during the surgery, I repeatedly asked about the stitches, whether they would be T-shaped or the so-called lollipop method, and she consistently gave the answer "lollipop." However, after the surgery, I encountered a very long, gathered stitch under my breast – a large, T-shaped stitch. When I went to have the drain removed and for a follow-up appointment, I didn't see her again; only the nurses attended to me. Unless you contact her, there's absolutely no follow-up with the patient. It's a clinic purely focused on profit. It's definitely not a place that values ​​the patient or prioritizes their well-being. Scars formed on my stitches. When I sent photos and asked about it beforehand, I received the same response from a nurse: everything was fine. However, feeling that the pain in my nipple and under my breast wasn't normal, I went to a different doctor, who told me the situation was worse and that laser treatment was necessary. I will never set foot in Ebru Durmuş's clinic again after paying so much money and feeling so disregarded. It's a terrible clinic.

I went to get information about breast augmentation surgery, but despite scheduling an appointment a week in advance, no before and after photos were prepared, and despite me expressing my desire to discuss breasts, the doctor talked about liposuction, eyelid surgery, and breast lift procedures. The photos sent to me later had nothing to do with my breast structure. This left me feeling confused by the unprofessional, commercially motivated, sales-oriented approach rather than a strong doctor-patient relationship, and the inaccurate visual presentation. I would like to let you know that I was disturbed by the attitude, behavior, and conversation.
