I was never seen at my scheduled appointment time; I saw someone being sent ahead of me, and during the negotiation, it was said that the price would decrease depending on the degree of hair reduction, but this was never applied. On the contrary, the staff kept me waiting at the payment point, saying the price was very reasonable, and I paid with a frown, saying "hmm, okay then." The constant price increases were also a problem. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was seen 35 minutes later. Their promises are not being fulfilled.

They don't take their work seriously at all; my eye is still burning. Is human life really that easy? I've already filed a complaint against them. This is the worst inexperience I've ever experienced; it almost cost me my eyesight. Anyone planning a session with that blonde woman should be very careful. I won't be able to get over this terrible experience for a long time.
