Before the procedure, my doctor informed me in detail; they clearly explained which method would be used, the healing process, and what I needed to be aware of. The laser procedure was quite short, and I felt no pain at all. The process was very comfortable. The healing process was also much faster than I expected. By following the doctor's recommendations and keeping the area clean, it healed completely in a short time. Now there's no scarring, and I don't feel any discomfort. Looking in the mirror and seeing that the mole that bothered me is gone has boosted my self-confidence. To anyone considering this process but postponing it, I can confidently say: When done in the right place with an experienced specialist, it's both very easy and a very satisfying procedure. Correction: They did indeed call as stated and were very helpful. It's very important for a business to always consider its customers and take a solution-oriented approach. Problems can happen anywhere, what matters is whether a solution is sought and how it's approached. Thank you for being solution-oriented! It's terrible to have an appointment 1.5 months ago, wait 1.5 months, and then when you arrive, be told "the price has changed." It's impossible for businesses to avoid losing value because of employees who think they're something special. I recommended this place to my brother, saying it looked good and I'd heard good things about it. I told him to agree on a price and that we would receive the service together. When I went to my appointment today, I was told it would be 50% more expensive than what I was quoted. Are you really a business that increases prices by scheduling an appointment 1.5 months later based on an agreed date? Or is it just the silliness of one of your employees? Additionally, I think they need to learn not to address people informally when they address them formally. I'm not their friend, I'm a customer. I also want to emphasize that this review was written as calmly as possible.

I have been using this business for over two years. Although I extended the process trusting the friendly staff and hygiene, the result has unfortunately been 'zero'. The biggest problem, however, is their appointment system and unprofessional approach. Despite managing to get a 9:00 AM appointment, braving İzmir traffic and sacrificing my working hours, I was met with the response, "The device is malfunctioning, it won't be back before 12." Malfunctions can happen, but not informing the customer beforehand and disrespecting their time is unacceptable. If you don't want to feel undervalued, be sure to call and confirm your appointment before going there from your location on the day of your appointment; they don't bother to call you.
