My journey with plastic surgery began long before I met Dr. Arif at a roadshow event in 2022. Approximately 20 years ago, I underwent breast augmentation and a tummy tuck in the UK. Unfortunately, substandard implants were used, which led to numerous complications and emergency surgery. This resulted in a week-long hospital stay and the use of a VAC device to assist in wound closure which left me with unsightly scars. For two decades, I lived with the physical and emotional impact of these complications—hiding extensive scarring and attempting to disguise the asymmetry of my breasts. By the time I met Dr. Arif, I was suffering from severe capsular contracture in both breasts, which was not only aesthetically distressing but also extremely painful. In the UK, the only option presented to me was a mastectomy, as no surgeon was willing to consider my personal goals. I was not seeking anything unrealistic; I simply wanted a natural result that suited my body. After careful planning and several consultations, Dr. Arif proposed a two-stage approach. The first stage involved removing all damaged tissue and placing implants appropriate for my body, with the option to increase volume once fully healed. I underwent my first procedure in December 2022, and it was a complete success. The level of care I received was exceptional. The healing process was clearly explained in a way that was easy to understand and follow at home—an experience that was vastly different from my previous surgery. As a result, my recovery was significantly smoother and gave me the confidence to continue my treatment plan. Since 2022, I have undergone an arm lift, thigh lift, reverse tummy tuck, and the second stage of my breast augmentation. Each procedure has been supported by the same high standard of preparation, care, and guidance, leading to consistently positive outcomes. I have one final surgery planned for this summer. I cannot fully express my gratitude to Dr. Arif. He has not only addressed the physical challenges I faced but has also restored my confidence and quality of life.

On the 30th of April I had my mummy makeover at ekol hospital in turkey izmir done by Dr ARIF AYDIN, honestly he was amazing, I done my research snd I requested for him in particular to operate on me and it happened. He his excellent at his job,he has the most calming spirit ever, he put my mind at ease. Arif is an excellent surgeon he has done my mummy makeover, brest, arm and thigh lift surgeries over the past couple of years and due to go back soon for my final surgery. Arif is very knowledgeable and will discuss what procedure would be best for the required outcome you want. I wouldn't personally use anyone else and have recommended him to others who have had amazing results too
