Hello, I would like to share my experience last month when I visited Dr. Emin for a procedure. First of all, I would like to state that Dr. Emin's nurse, Ms. Yaren, was extremely attentive, solution-oriented, and kind throughout the process. She genuinely made an effort to ensure my satisfaction by communicating my perceived shortcomings and areas where I felt I hadn't achieved the desired results to the doctor. However, during the doctor's check-up, when Ms. Yaren conveyed her concerns and suggested further procedures to the doctor, the doctor treated these as an extra cost, saying to Ms. Yaren, "I will deduct these from your salary," which further disturbed me. This approach made me feel like I was an extra burden as a client, and made me feel that I hadn't received full value for the 55,000 TL I paid. As a customer, I naturally expect value for the fee paid and the procedures performed, but this approach to addressing my perceived shortcomings made me feel disregarded, ignored, and uncomfortable. Even if it was said jokingly, using such an expression in front of a client without considering the potential discomfort and awkwardness it might cause was, in my opinion, quite hurtful and unethical. From the very first day, I felt the attention wasn't sufficient. The fact that other clients were frequently attended to and communication was mostly through Ms. Yaren meant I didn't feel valued enough. Furthermore, last month, I wasn't clearly informed in advance about the fee for the procedure to be performed this month. The fact that the fee was only revealed the day before my appointment when I inquired about the details was also unpleasant. In conclusion, my expectations weren't fully met with the procedures; I particularly didn't achieve the desired results in the lip area and forehead line treatments. I came from Muğla with great excitement and confidence for these procedures. Initially, I only considered lip fillers, but trusting the doctor's recommendations, I decided to have other facial treatments as well. Paying a substantial amount of 55,000 TL, my expectation wasn't just to have procedures done; It was also about feeling valued, seeing that my satisfaction was taken into account, and receiving compensation for the services rendered. As a client, I value not only the outcome but also the approach and communication throughout the process. However, at the end of the process, I did not leave feeling sufficiently valued, appreciated, and satisfied. It is truly upsetting that this process, which I started with great excitement and care, left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I did not experience the satisfaction I expected at the end of this process. Therefore, I do not intend to choose them again in the future. These are entirely my own experiences and feelings. I hope that in the future, a more sensitive approach will be taken regarding client satisfaction, communication style, and approach.
