Have just been with West for a mummy makeover. The entire team are so supportive, from the surgeon to the nurses but the main one was my coordinator, Zeynep. Nothing was too much trouble. I must have harassed him with questions and demands every day, yet he was always smiling, polite, and always put me at ease. I can't thank him enough! ❤️

I had my first operation at West. I am very pleased with the results. Everyone was very friendly towards me and knew exactly what they were doing. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at west aesthetics . I had a surgery done and the results were not what I was promised. The asymmetry is noticeable and I'm still dealing with scarring. Communication was also really poor - my concerns were brushed off and I felt like I wasn't being heard. If you're considering this clinic, I'd advise you to do your research and ask lots of questions. Don't take everything at face value like I did. Make sure you understand the risks and potential outcomes. For me, the whole experience has been a letdown.
