I recently got a lipoma cyst removed on forehead by by Dr. Ömer Keven, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-up, Dr. Ömer and his entire team were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Ömer took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in skilled hands. The results are fantastic and exceeded my expectations — the healing process was quicker and more comfortable than I anticipated, thanks to the clear instructions and support provided. A big thank you to Dr Keven who completed surgery on me in November this year. I had a large amount of body fluid seep in between my stomach tissue and due to a rare condition my immune system working to protect me created a ball of tissue around the fluid which just kept growing whereby I had a very large hard lump the size of a tennis ball protruding from my tummy. Dr Keven went into surgery with me unsure of what the problem was but identified the issue then skillfully and tenaciously worked to remove it all also putting post operative practices in place to avoid the risk of it redeveloping and ensuring a full recovery. Dr. Keven is a friendly approachable surgeon who made me feel at easy and have confidence in him. He was thorough in his examinations and his explanations, speaking good English so there was no communication issues or any need for translation. His whole team were amazing both preparing me for surgery and with aftercare, treating me with empathy and respect at all times. A great big thank you to you all.

This doctor was supposed to perform a Vaser liposuction on me. Instead, he performed a traditional liposuction, which I had not authorized. Moreover, he botched the surgery. I ended up in the emergency room, between life and death, spending a total of seven days in intensive care. Another doctor took over and saved my life. The first doctor never took responsibility for what happened. I do not recommend him to anyone. He is referred to as the “Butcher of Istanbul.”

I had liposuction with this so-called surgeon, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. According to the investigation we conducted afterwards, he does not even have a valid medical license to practice in Turkey. Within the professional community, he is even nicknamed “the Butcher of Istanbul.” I ended up in intensive care, and he never followed up after the surgery. He told the hospital staff that I had dissolvable stitches, but they were not — they were regular stitches that should have been removed manually. This situation was extremely dangerous, and I truly believe I could have lost my life. Please, for your own safety, do not trust this doctor.

Please avoid this surgeons, not professional at all, Iam one of victims, I supposed have Liposuction for my abdominal area, but he did made a big mistake during the operation, he ripped out my Colon, then I had another operation for that mistake, it is been more than 2 months since I had the operation and still suffering from my swallowing tummy, I hired a lawyer and made a claim against him, he ruined my body, I will not let him in peace and sue him wherever possible, so please avoid. Please look at my body, its totally deformed and dont dare to look at myself in the mirror, since I came back from Turkey I have been seen by many doctors and conducted my tests, after MRI they confirmed Hernia has happend in two areas of my abdominal and need to be operated soon. This doctor totally destroyed my life and now Iam depressed and taking medication for that.
