I had my BBL surgery with Dr. Sedat Tatar and the experience exceeded every expectation. The procedure was done in a luxury hospital setting with 24/7 care during the first 48 hours. Every detail was handled flawlessly — constant monitoring, impeccable care, and a level of attention that made me feel completely safe and supported. Post-surgery, I stayed in a recovery apartment with professional aftercare, including massages and daily health checks. Even now, at 6.5 weeks post-op, the team continues to check in, which truly reflects their dedication. Dr. Sedat Tatar is an exceptional surgeon — highly skilled, personally involved, and with an incredible eye for detail. My results are beautiful and natural, and I receive compliments almost daily. I would recommend him and this clinic without hesitation to anyone seeking luxury-level care and outstanding results.

2 months ago I had a breastlift, lipo vaser 360 and hip expansion by dear Dr sedat. I am beyond happy and grateful for the results and all the journey. Dr. Sedat is super reliable and kind Dr who listened to all my wishes carefully and I even showed him some pictures before surgery. He give me the exact result what I wanted and even better. I was very worried about the pain. But thank god I didn’t have any pain AT ALL! It was only uncomfortable to move in the first 2 days after the surgery but after that it was much better. The first massage was uncomfortable but it was only a few minutes or half hour. Also the nurses were super kind and friendly 🌸 thank you so much to Dr. Sedat and his wonderful team 🙏🏼

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Dr. Sedat and his team. I underwent a 360 tummy tuck with lipo, breast lift with fat transfer and BBL in December 2025. I’m almost 4 months post op and am incredibly happy with my results. At no point did I experience any pain or feel like I wasn’t being adequately taken care of. I was taken care of by Dr. Sedat’s team from the moment I walked out of the airport until I went home. All transportation in Istanbul, hotel, hospital stay, aftercare and massages were all arranged by his team. Dr. Sedat is extremely professional and explained all aspects of how the surgery process would go. He answered all my questions and always checked in to make sure I understood what he was explaining. During my recovery the nurses checked in on me every day, changed my garments, came to my hotel to help me shower and were available whenever I needed them. Since leaving Istanbul his team has checked in on me several times to make sure everything has been healing properly and have been there to answer all questions. I can’t wait to go back again for my next surgery later this year!

My Honest, Factual, and Documented Experience with Sedat Tatar (Breast Lift + Implants, August 2024) I am sharing this review to provide clear, factual information for others researching breast lift and implant surgery. Everything written here reflects my personal experience and is supported by documentation, including the operative report (epikriz), eight months of written communication with the clinic, independent medical evaluation, and the operative report from my corrective surgery in Australia. The Australian health system classified my corrective surgery as medically necessary due to implant displacement and asymmetry. Timeline overview • Aug 2024 –Surgery performed • Day 1 post-op – Asymmetry observed • Sep 2024–May 2025 – Ongoing communication • May 2025 – Communication stopped • Oct 2025 – Corrective surgery in Australia Primary surgery (as documented in the epikriz) The epikriz describes a superior-pedicle vertical (lollipop) breast lift with dual-plane implants. Both breasts were recorded as treated using the same technique with vertical skin excision. The report did not document internal sutures, capsulorrhaphy (pocket tightening), inframammary fold reconstruction, pocket balancing, or adjustments for natural anatomical differences. Although my external scars healed in a T-pattern, the internal description corresponds to a vertical lift rather than a full structural T-lift, which may explain why support did not hold and why asymmetry was visible immediately after surgery. Post-operative outcome and suitability of technique From day one, differences were visible between the breasts, including fold height, nipple level, and upper-pole volume. These differences did not improve over time. Before surgery, I had what I understood to be Grade II–III ptosis. During later evaluation, my Australian surgeon explained that this degree of sagging typically requires stronger structural support than a vertical lift alone. Communication with the clinic Over eight months, I shared photos and concerns. Written replies included statements such as: “I don’t see too much of a problem with the cleavage,” “The décolletage looks completely normal,” “If the patient wants…,” “There is no need to change the implant,” and “This is not a revision — this would be a second surgery.” The correction offered to me was USD 1,500 soft-tissue removal on one side only, without pocket repair, fold reconstruction, implant repositioning, or internal support. Based on what was later explained during my corrective assessment, soft-tissue removal alone does not address internal pocket position or implant displacement. A note on upsizing: I also received a message stating, “There is no need to change the implant (unless the patient wants to increase the size).” From my perspective, this phrasing made the option feel more cosmetic than related to the structural concerns I was raising, which added to my uncertainty at the time. After I expressed disagreement with the proposed approach and shared an independent surgical opinion, communication from the clinic eventually stopped. Independent evaluation and corrective surgery in Australia During evaluation in Australia, implant displacement, reduced lower-pole support, persistent asymmetry, and pocket-position concerns were documented. Based on these findings, the correction was classified as medically necessary. Corrective surgery included a full T-lift mastopexy, implant pocket reconstruction, internal support sutures, and elevation and stabilization of the inframammary fold. After this procedure, symmetry and support were achieved. Overall experience I understand that complications can occur with any surgery. In my experience, however, the combination of early asymmetry, a lift technique not suited to my anatomy, lack of documented internal support, a proposed correction that did not address structural issues, and communication that eventually stopped led me to seek correction elsewhere. I hope this documented account helps future patients make informed decisions.

I feel compelled to share my experience due to medical negligence with Dr. Sedat Tatar because it has been genuinely life-altering. I underwent a BBL and hip expansion surgery and what followed has left me physically and emotionally scarred in ways I’m still struggling with today. In the days after my procedure, I repeatedly reported severe pain and persistent fevers. Instead of being taken seriously, my concerns felt dismissed and minimized. I trusted that my symptoms would be addressed promptly, but they continued to worsen. On the day of the final review i developed a lump on my groin that was painful and concerning and I had reached out to his team and he simply just said that it’s not an issue.. 2 days after the review I returned to Australia and noticed discharge coming out of the incision site where the nurses used unsterile equipment to open and do lymphatic massages. Eventually, I developed a severe infection that progressed into sepsis. That caused me to spend weeks in the intensive care unit fighting for my life. The aftermath has been devastating. I’m still suffering from complications, including significant scarring and deep-tissue damage that has changed my body permanently. It’s also ruined my body imagine with unevenness from abscess and fat necrosis. What I looked like before is much worse now. I would insert pictures however I feel horrified looking at it myself. I’m also immunocompromised from sepsis and have CPE which is a serious multi resistant bacteria found in overseas hospitals. According to his team there hasn’t been any CPE cases within their patient base.. LIV hospital have numerous patients in and out daily many of which aren’t their patient base that could carry CPE bacteria and it can be passed through unsterile contact. What has been equally painful is the lack of accountability I’ve experienced since, instead his accusing of me causing all this myself. As a medical professional myself I’m very aware of infections and risks, no one would deliberately try to get a fatal infection. In my view, Dr. Tatar has refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for what I went through, despite the seriousness of my complications. This ordeal has affected every part of my life. I hope sharing my story helps others feel empowered to advocate strongly for their health and to seek out providers who listen and respond appropriately to warning signs.
