It’s been a year and we’d like to share our experience. We choose Dr Berats clinic for my partners nose surgery. The initial communication was very clear and instructions very easy. We received a possible plan and a quote. We met with the Dr for physical consultation, everything was explained briefly. We knew what to expect/ what not to and plan remained the same. About the operation, my partner said it was very smooth, she didn’t any pain. When healing started of course she experienced some discomfort but this was expected realistically. The hospital was very neat and looked nicely equipped, which was a big relief for me while waiting for my partner to come out of the surgery. Dr Berat, Mrs Fatma, thank you for loving your job and caring about your patients 😊

If you are thinking of surgery in Turkey I would highly highly recommend Dr Berat and his team. Everything from the surgery. The aftercare. The consultations prior and during your surgery. The products and accessories you need to heal. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble. Him & his Wife their private nurses and full team are very professional. I’m healing very well. Minimal swelling. Minimal pain. And I honestly can’t believe the body I have now all because he listened and cared. I cannot thank you enough Dr Berat, Fatma and all the team. DR Beret Antalya Turkey Nov 2024 surgery performed had neck lift, deep plain facelift, upper bleph, lip lift, temporal brow lift. I had the procedures Nov 2024. Initial contact - great super friendly always answered questions appeared to be attentive. Lots of video calls over what’s app. Day before surgery- Fatima met me at the hotel to take me to the hospital to get pre op checks completed. Super friendly but slightly fake. Checks completed at a public hospital with lots of Turkish patients having day to day services We then drove back to dr berets office. I paid the money and once I paid I detected a change in Fatima’s attentiveness. Got what they wanted now it didn’t matter so much Next day I went to the same hospital and surgery was performed. Hospital experience was horrendous not what I thought I was going to get.i travelled solo thinking I would get 24 hrs care as stated. I was left on my own asked to walk along the corridor with my top half exposed which I refused. Asked for water was told I am on a drip so I shouldn’t need it. My mouth felt like sand paper and I wanted water. In the end I got myself out of bed and used the walls to guide me to the water machine my face was so swollen I could hardly see. My daughter was furious as she offered to come but I said no because I’ve got 24 hrs care after. This was not the case. After checks were what I expected no more no less Outcome of surgeries. Facelift- I feel like I need another as the outcome was not as improved as I expected. Infact I still have slight jowels and the face is not tight by the ears I can see wrinkles. Neck lift and lip lift great expectations were met. Upper bleph and temporal brow one side of my face is no longer asymmetrical. One eyebrow moves whilst the other doesn’t at all so the eye does not look as open. I contacted dr beret and was advised to wait at least 6 months. I was also advised to use Botox to correct it. Idid better than that and left it for 1 year as this is the time for full recovery. I shouldn’t have to use Botox to correct his bad surgery. I contacted dr beret again and was told I will receive a video calls. 1 week later no call his wife Fatima said he had flu but he was still very active on social media. I called again and arranged another call and no call came after that they ignored me. At the initial consultation I was told any corrective surgery would be free. The truth is he won’t keep to his word because you can’t get hold of him. I paid £7400 and now have to pay to get my eyes and brows corrected because of the mess he as made and left me so self conscious.. I looked better before the surgery. There only interest is getting ur money after that you are on ur own once you get back to your destination. I feel like each patient he performs surgery on is his way of gaining experience.. don’t waste ur money"I’m sure they will now respond with some rubbish to justify his bad surgery. I have not one single reason to be nothing but honest except I would absolutely hate anyone else to go through my experience Total Amount Paid: £7,400

I had upper eyelid ( upper blepharoplasty) surgery combined with a temporal lift with Dr. Berat Çiğdem in December 2024, and it has been almost a year — yet the results are extremely disappointing. The asymmetry is very noticeable, the scars are still visible, and there was absolutely no results from the temporal lift. I even told him after the surgery that I’m scared that the temporal results are going to drop extremely, since I’ve done my research I knew the outcome was not good and he proceeded to say with a straight face "it will not" Before the surgery, I already had a bad gut feeling about this doctor, and sadly, I was right. I even cried before I had the surgery, no one seemed to care. I should have trusted my gut feeling. The consultation was also extremely short like 5 - 10 minutes. The outcome has left me feeling botched at the age of 21, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through what I did. I feel so unconfident about my eyes. They offered me a revision, but I don’t trust him to touch my face again. I would rather pay for a proper revision with a truly skilled and experienced surgeon. I’m writing this to warn others not to waste their time, money, or trust. Many bad reviews seem to get deleted or denied, but people deserve to know the truth.

I had a Deep plane face and neck lift, temporal lift, upper bleph and earlobe reduction with Dr Berat back in April. As you can see my neck is dreadful together with the scaring on my ears. I was told by the surgeons wife I and others whose necks failed that we should get regular Botox to the neck to improve the results. My age, genes and playtasma muscles were also blamed for the bad outcome, even though I had video consult with him. Another surgeon has told me Botox would not be the answer as I need a revision. I know not all surgeries are 💯 but I and others have been treated appallingly, and removed from the only WhatsApp support group they ran because we said we were not happy with our results. He did offer me a revision eventually but after the way I have been treated would not trust him or his wife. My upper bleph and temporal lift I'm fairly happy with but my neck is as bad as it was before the operation and this was my main reason for having the lift in the first place. My mistake as I they had hardly any photos of patients that were 5+ months as they said it's illegal to show patients photos and yet every other surgeon does. My results were amazing the first 2 months then months 3 everything started to fail and I'm not alone, several other patients the same.
