Mediface Aesthetic

I stayed at Mediface Hospital about a week ago, and had a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Umut Erdogan, who did a fantastic job and I highly recommend the work he does he’s absolutey amazing the way he can sculpt and transform your nose into a beautiful shape. A big thank you to Ayşegül for all the help and guidance she provides you through the whole process making you feel more comfortable and confident in your journey, an absolute gem. I also had the privilege to meet my lovely nurse Jamila (I hope I have spelt this correctly), I’ve had many experiences in hospitals being in a vulnerable position and no one has been as lovely a care taker and individual as her, it is so important to be left with good people when you are in recovery, and she was caring , kind, sympathetic and just overall a lovely person, this hospital is so lucky to have her!!

I have had the best experience with having a double eyelid surgery and fat transfer with Dr erkan I'm only on day 12 of my recovery and I look so much better. I can't thank Dr erkan and all his team enough they have made me look like a new person the whole experience from start to finish was 1st class professional and so clean I felt super safe all the way through I can't wait for my full recovery because I already look like a new person just nearly 2 weeks post surgery I can't recommend Doctor Erkan and all his team enough you will be looked after and have the best experience. I will add pictures when my recovery Is full before and after..🙈 update pics 6 month before op and 6 months after looks so much cleaner no sagging tired looking eyes just fresh and new I wouldn't ever go out without lashes before I had my eyes done because I just looked so tired all the time. Super happy highly recommend my surgeon Dr Erkan

I attended Mediface for treatment in May 2024 I have to admit I was very frightened before my procedure started, I felt like I was in a strange place and didn’t have the support around me that I would usually have if I was at home and too be honest it did feel a bit rushed, although I had been in contact with Dr Erkan and staff for over 6 months. Dr Erkan and his staff were very professional, polite and put me at ease before and after my treatment. I am more than happy with my neck and eye procedure. I have no hesitation in knowing that if I were to decide to have any further treatment I would go back to the same place and same surgeon etc.I know I will be returning. The reason my choice was Dr Erkan was for the 6 months prior to attending, any question etc I had he got back to me in a short space of time. I had a telephone consultation with him and an English speaking Lady, so I understood everything that was discussed And speaking to staff at Medicare I felt comfortable in booking my flight etc And lastly what made my choice a lot easier is Dr Erkan has been Practicing and been at Mediface for a long while. (I didn’t want to go to a surgeon who had practiced at lots of different places as that to me is saying Bad Practice . I have been asked this several times so I will Write it here….. I had eyelid surgery and I had my many chins lol removed. So here goes a photo six months after. Photo 3 straight after surgery.

After doing some google research I came across Mediface. I contacted them and they came back to me straight away. The next day I had a consultation with DR Erkan, who made me feel so confident that I booked my tickets and I flew to Turkey in the next 2 months. I have now had my surgery, and I am very happy with the results😍. The staff was very helpful and supportive from the beginning. They helped me find a nice hotel and I had a very friendly driver who picked me up from the airport and took me to all my consultations, back to the hotel and back to the airport when I returned home. I felt very safe and very well looked after. I highly recommend Mediface, they are very professional and caring. Thank you to Mediface team ♥️

I'm from England. I wanted upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids and eyebag) done and researched a lot. Eventually I settled on Dr Erkan, the consultation via wassap was clear, straight forward and no confusion. My coordinator Aycha was great from start to finish and can speak fluent English. The day of the consultation I got picked up from my hotel and seen Dr Erkan who was a lovely gentleman who was friendly and went through my problems and wanted to know my problems also which was great. I'm a big baby so I was very anxious. The hospital was very clean. I agreed for the surgery and we both had talked and understood. Had blood tests etc which was included in price. On the day I was so scared but I met the team and they were great, Dr Erkan also came to check on me and confirm everything before surgery and was friendly. My room was modern and spotless, great bathroom aswell. After surgery the staff was amazing the nurses were so attentive and the coordinator Aycha was there all day with me. So there was no language barrier. They all fussed over me making sure I was comfortable. They made sure I was personally ready before discharging me, they also made sure I had something to eat before I left. All medication was included in price. They even sent me photos of the medication to my phone with instructions in english which was great. They messaged me everyday wanting photos so they could make sure the healing process was good. I went back 7 days later for stitches to be removed which was not painful. They were great. My eyes look fantastic and the scar is is so thin and flat. I've seen influences on social media and my scar looks way neater.. Anyway I'm glad I chose Dr erkan and mediface. I have had surgery in Turkey before but these are the best by far. It just helps that they treat you like a human not a cash cow.
