Dr. Alper performed my nasal deviation surgery. Before the surgery, breathing was a major problem for me, making my daily life difficult. The operation was very successful, I can breathe easily now, and my quality of life has completely changed. He is also a very friendly and trustworthy doctor. I remember a saying in Russian hospitals: 'Even after seeing the right doctor, you feel better.' Dr. Alper is exactly that kind of doctor. I definitely recommend him.

On the eve of the holiday, my mother fell in Eskişehir, and the emergency room told us to take her to an ENT specialist on Monday. We decided against going to a state hospital and came here last week, and they were very helpful. The doctor immediately fixed the fracture in my mother's nose and told us to come back in a week. Following my doctor's instructions, I made an appointment for Monday at 9:30 AM, but when we arrived at the appointment time, we were told our appointment was tomorrow. Coincidentally, at that exact time, our doctor was seeing a member of parliament, a columnist for a major newspaper in our country, and his family. I wonder if my appointment was rescheduled for Tuesday because I'm not a member of parliament. In the end, we arrived 25 minutes late, and I'm probably late for my university class, which is likely not that important to them… The doctor was very helpful, though, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars…

I came with a referral, and they said they examine my nose and ears with cameras, display the results on a screen, and tell me my breathing rate in percentage. However, the doctor didn't do anything, perhaps because he was going to Friday prayers. Doctor, if you're not going to examine me properly, why are you charging 1500 TL? I didn't like it, and I don't recommend it.

Hello. On the evening of October 29th, my 2.5-year-old daughter had an earache, so on a friend's recommendation, I requested an appointment with Op. Dr. Alper Şenkal through his assistant. When I emphasized the urgency, he kindly gave me an appointment, and we went for an examination on the morning of October 30th. The doctor was very attentive. He said my daughter had a middle ear infection and prescribed Augmentin antibiotic and Iliadin nasal spray, telling us to return for another check-up after 10 days. I explained that I have a penicillin allergy and cannot use Augmentin or similar medications, and that we didn't know if my daughter had an allergy, but he said it wouldn't be a problem. We used the medication for 10 days. During the school break, we went to Izmir, and when my daughter got the flu, we took her to our family doctor. He prescribed Zimaks and Deloday and told us to use this antibiotic for 5 days. The night we returned, my daughter had another earache, so we went back to Dr. Alper on November 17th. During the examination, he said that this time her other ear was infected, but he wouldn't prescribe any more antibiotics. Instead, he prescribed Iburamin COLD. When I asked, "Isn't this medication for children over 6 years old?", he said he used it on his own children and had no problems. Since we trusted the doctor, we started using it. On the evening of the fourth day, my daughter's feet started swelling and she developed rashes all over her body. We immediately went to the emergency room at the city hospital. After ultrasound, X-rays, and blood tests, she was given Augmentin again, and we went home. I prepared the first dose of the antibiotic and gave it to my daughter, and immediately after, her whole body turned red, swollen, itchy, and her feet and knees swelled. The next morning, we went back to the city hospital, and the doctor admitted her. We spent 7 days in the hospital, and words cannot describe what we went through. The infection and the medications caused a cross-reaction, resulting in urticaria due to an allergic reaction. To inform the doctor and prevent him from prescribing these medications to others, I messaged his assistant and said I wanted to speak with him. The assistant called me back immediately and said she would listen to the details and relay them to the doctor. After that moment, Dr. Alper Şenkal neither called nor inquired!!!!! How can there be such indifference? Doesn't he even wonder what he's causing? How would he account for it if my child suffered permanent damage? If he had contacted me, called me and asked about our situation, I would have explained the situation and closed the matter, but now I will file a complaint against him with the appropriate authorities. This attitude is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Don't bother with Ms. Canan regarding insurance matters. She's always in meetings and unfortunately, it's impossible to get back to her... The insurance claim was rejected because of Ms. Canan's mistake. The last time I spoke to her on the phone, I asked if I should file a complaint with CİMER (Turkish Presidential Complaint Center), and within two minutes, the woman who was in a meeting suddenly became available...
