I had thread lifts, Botox, and filler treatments done by my doctor and I am very, very satisfied. Dr. Mustafa is a person who does his job meticulously, I thank him very much 👍👏 I wish him continued success.

First of all, I'd like to thank Dr. Mustafa and his assistant, Nur, for their friendly smiles and solution-oriented approach. Four months ago, I had two surgeries to address skin tags on my face. Mustafa also performed a bilateral surgery on my 14-year-old son's nipples. We were very pleased with both surgeries; I believe we achieved the best possible results. He's a surgeon you can trust yourself and your family with peace of mind.

I went there today for my acne treatment, and my doctor was very kind, but there's a man walking around there, and he was very nice at first, but when it came to money, he changed completely. The man who was very attentive to us when we first arrived suddenly changed when the topic of money came up, and he turned his back and walked away without even listening to us. We didn't like his indifference at all. This is a private hospital, we're paying so much money, they have to treat us well. But it could have been a state hospital, respect for people is very important, and they charged 7500 TL for a 10-minute examination, so go accordingly.

I went to this clinic for the first time on April 19th and had Botox. Everything was normal the first day, with some swelling, but it was normal due to the process. However, on the 6th day of the Botox procedure, the swelling was still there, and a swollen area had turned bruised. I told his receptionist, and she said the process was normal. However, on the 7th day, the bruising and swelling had increased. They recommended a cream, which I used, and it helped a bit. It didn't completely go away, but the swelling was still there. When I went for a follow-up on the 12th day, even though I had an appointment, the doctor wouldn't even let me in because there was another patient in the room. He came to the waiting room to see me. His receptionist said, "This happens once in a thousand times. You've had bleeding under the skin, and that's why it'll go away," and he went to his other patient waiting in the room. Today is the 15th day, and my forehead is bumpy and swollen. Of course, it's not like the first day, but it's slowly going away, but it's incredibly frustrating. Update: I'm on the 20th day, and there's no change; in fact, it seems more swollen. I'm so scared it will stay like this.
