I contacted them by phone this morning to see if they could give me legal information about whether a general surgeon can perform liposuction, and the person who answered explained everything to me. They even went out of their way to personally look up some information for me.

Since I was little, I've had some minor deformities in my nose that I'd always wanted to get rid of. After going to a surgeon who didn't do a good job, I discovered this company and went to one of their surgeons, and I'm very happy with the results. I know there are people who don't support cosmetic surgery, but the truth is, I feel fantastic after having it done. :)

It's not very reliable to look for a good surgeon through the association. For example, Dr. Arévalo is a member of SECPRE, but he's facing charges of manslaughter in the case of Silvia Idalia Serrano. He was already convicted of malpractice in the past, and since Silvia's case, many other victims of this doctor have come forward, their lives shattered. There's also the case of Ronny, an 18-year-old operated on by Arévalo who died during the surgery. That said, being a member of SECPRE doesn't guarantee that a surgeon is good.

If you continue with such poor training, allowing people without technical competence to perform nose jobs, you yourselves will destroy your own business, this SEPCRE disguised as an association. Because, of course, we users are idiots and don't know what you're about. Personally, I don't recommend anyone have any cosmetic surgery in Spain until there is better training and a strict law that protects the patient, the client. And we are light years behind in that regard. Besides, I still don't know anyone who's had a nose job and it turned out better, come on!

I think this Association is useless. A surgeon's membership doesn't guarantee a good outcome. They should demand more from surgeons to be members, and the association should ensure the quality of its members' procedures. They're not selective at all; every surgeon is a member.
