I had surgery six months ago and I couldn't be happier with the result. I spent several years considering rhinoplasty to correct small details about my nose that I didn't like. I kept putting it off because I was afraid that, since it's such a visible area, the result wouldn't satisfy me. When I finally decided to go ahead, I consulted several surgeons, but none of them convinced me enough to take the plunge. Finally, I found Dr. Rosón, and as soon as I left the consultation, I even scheduled the surgery. She took the time to listen to my expectations, explain the procedure, and answer all my questions. She was warm, understanding, and professional. In the days leading up to the procedure, Natalia was always available to answer my questions almost instantly and help me throughout the entire process, with excellent communication. I felt supported, safe, and cared for during such a delicate situation as surgery, and the result has been a success. There were no complications, and in my case, practically no bruising or pain. Just a little discomfort the first few days, which was well worth it when I took the splint off. I don't need another operation, but if I did, I would choose Dr. Rosón again.

Super professional and very pleasant from the moment you walk in the door. It's very easy to talk to Dr. Roson; she understands her patients' needs very well and guides you accordingly, always with transparency. Her assistant, with a wonderful smile, resolves issues quickly and very efficiently. My first experience was excellent; I will definitely be back.

I had blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Silvia, and it was a terrible decision. I paid a very high price, and frankly, I'm not at all satisfied with the result. I don't like the finish: my eyelids are uneven, one looks bigger than the other, and they're not symmetrical. Furthermore, I had a very bad experience during the procedure, as the anesthesia wasn't effective, and I was in a lot of pain; I literally felt practically everything during the operation, which was very traumatic. After expressing my dissatisfaction and asking for a solution, the only option they offered was to have another surgery at an additional cost, which I find unfair after the money I'd already paid and not getting the expected result. Besides, I wouldn't trust her to have surgery again. During a follow-up appointment, I didn't feel like a real solution was offered either; they simply told me the work was well done, despite my obvious dissatisfaction with the result. I invested a lot of money trusting in this procedure and expected not only a better result, but also greater involvement and responsibility in the follow-up. My experience has been very disappointing.
