I had surgery a year ago with Dr. Miguel Fernández Calderón and I truly couldn't be happier!!! 😍 I had liposuction with a circular abdominoplasty after significant weight loss, and I was full of fears, but it was the best decision I could have made. The scar is super thin and very low; you can't even see it in a bikini! Over time, it has faded considerably. The doctor was very kind, explained everything from the beginning, and was always clear about expectations. The team was also wonderful ❤️; they were very attentive, especially during the post-operative period, which was the most important thing for me. I can only say THANK YOU. I would do it again a thousand times over.

If there's one thing I've always wanted, it's a slim, toned body, and I never thought it would come true. I heard about Dr. Miguel Calderón and was told he was the best in his field. I knew he was, and that's why I decided to have surgery with him. But reality has exceeded my expectations. He's done one of his best jobs, achieving an impeccable result while maintaining the natural look I requested. I recommend him not only for his professionalism and results, but also because he has an extraordinary team who have supported and cared for me throughout this entire process and continue to do so with immense affection.

I never thought a dream operation would turn into the nightmare we're living today. After the operation went wrong, no one called from the clinic to tell you how you are, and on top of that, you see misleading advertising on social media. I had surgery with Miguel Calderón, and it didn't go well, so it didn't come off as super nice as he claims. I told them my complaints, and all they could tell me was that I'm better than before. It doesn't bother you. That's why I'm having surgery and spending 15,000 euros to feel better, so you can do your job well, and don't leave me as I am without taking responsibility. Because as a doctor, all you look at is money, and you don't care about the people behind the scenes who are rising and unhappy, where only a touch-up or a new operation can solve the problem. But of course, you ask for money for the operating room when you've already been paid and you didn't do your job properly. To this day, after a year, they still haven't given me any solutions, and finally, the people here and I are going to file a group complaint to expose this clinic, where they only care about money, not how the person ends up. They're scammers who ignore the evil they do, instead of offering solutions and helping people.

Hi, I'm Maria. I had surgery with him two years ago, and from the first month I sent him photos and videos showing that I had fat folds under my bra and fat on my upper stomach after my abdominoplasty and liposculpture. I told him I wasn't happy because I had spent money to correct my insecurities, and all he kept saying was, "Operate again." He said the touch-up would cost €6,000 when it should only cover the operating room and anesthesiologist fees. All he says is that I look better now, but of course, I paid to get rid of insecurities that are still there, and the medical care has been terrible.

Personally, it was the worst experience of my life, with immense psychological toll, physical and financial consequences, and a huge personal cost. To this day, I'm in a lot of pain, waiting for another surgery (no longer for cosmetic reasons) but out of necessity. My greatest frustration is that I had surgery with him a second time to correct the disaster of the first operation (I should never have done it), always paying (again) for the operating room, implants… when he operated on me because he had ruined my breasts, not on a whim (twice in one year). Instead of reconstructing them properly, he did a "fix" with disastrous results. Words fail me. I'm not including photos out of embarrassment, but I really should. He also left me with a cannula scar on my abdomen. I can't wear a bikini because the whole area is sunken in. I have a saddlebag on one side and my legs are full of lumps. I advise you to get everything he tells you in writing, including any expectations. During the consultation, he tells you everything will be fine, and then he denies it. My weight fluctuates by 1 kg, up or down, and he's included it in the reports as weight gain. I was thin when I had the surgery, and I still am. What frustrates me is that, despite having the means to fix it, he opted for a shoddy and half-hearted fix. And if I wanted it fixed again, I'd have to pay for everything. Anyway, my advice is to get everything in writing and signed. I've attached a photo of my abdomen, but my breasts are even worse.
