After a disastrous second nose job I had last Oct 2020 (doctor's name is left out in this review), where I was left with a "movable", ridiculous, fake kind of nose tip that felt like rubber and jelly and went up and down, left and right according how I applied my face mask, and which robbed me of the ability to breathe through the nose, I had a third total reconstruction nose surgery with Dr Galindo and in all honesty, I have to say I'm absolutely delighted with the results. My nose is getting prettier and I'm able to breathe better with the passing of time. Mine has been a complicated procedure whose results have taken some time to show. This third nose job was very complex as the doctor had to work with damaged, weaken tissue, the result of two previous surgeries (first was in 1987). After my utterly failed and extremely psychologically and physically traumatic second nose job I was left not just with a unattractive nose but with a totally disfuctional nose that didn't let me breathe. Dr Galindo was very professional, informative and helpful from the very beginning explaining what my surgery would possibly entail (e.g. a rib cartilage graft which was ultimately necessary to create a functional, strong nose) Physically speaking, I told the doctor I wanted an upturned nose, which he accomplished beautifully as well as allowing me the much needed feeling of breathing fine. I don't know if Dr Galindo is the best doctor for nose jobs, but I'm absolutely positive he's among the very best, and needless to say I would confidently place myself in his hands, should I need his expertise in the future. 100% recommended.

Perfect place with perfect results .

I recently underwent a secondary rhinoplasty with rib grafting with Dr. Galindo less than two months ago, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and the entire clinic and operating room staff. As a cosmetic physician, I already had high expectations, but I must say they have far exceeded them. Not only is the result even better than I had imagined, but they made me feel incredibly safe, calm, and well cared for throughout the entire process. I couldn't have made a better choice in trusting him, and I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Dr. Galindo, and thank you to the entire team.

Thank you, thank you, and all I can say is thank you. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew it was him. His kindness, the way he explained everything, answered all my questions—absolutely everything! I woke up feeling great from the anesthesia, with zero pain. I went home the same day, one side a little more swollen than the other since that side was the most affected… but everything was fantastic. Now I just have to follow the instructions. I'm so happy! The love he has for his patients is evident from the very first minute. And that's priceless. I was scared because it's a big change, but being able to breathe and feel that your nose is healthy is invaluable. Thank you for everything.
