On July 31st, I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Díaz Infante. From the first visit—and there were several since I'm from another region—I felt very supported. Both he and his team are highly professional. I especially want to mention Lola, who answered all my questions and helped me with everything. Besides the doctor, the surgery, the follow-up appointments, and everything else, I have absolutely no complaints. I'm thrilled and would choose him again a thousand times over. Three months ago, I went to Susana García's cosmetic surgery clinic for a consultation and to request a quote for breast implant surgery. There I met the surgeon, José Luis Díaz Infante. I can tell you that my experience has been outstanding. Initially, Susana dedicated her time to me and gave me excellent advice. Thanks to her guidance, I now have beautiful breasts. I made my decision very quickly because both Susana and the doctor inspired a lot of confidence in me. On the day of the surgery, I went to the hospital, which I must also say is wonderful. It was at the El Rosario clinic, a 5-minute walk from Dr. Díaz Infante's office. Shortly after being admitted, Susana saw me first and explained everything in detail, allaying my few fears about going into surgery. Then the doctor saw me and explained the procedure again. When I went down to the operating room, I was amazed by both the facilities, which I found fabulous, and the team of people there. I counted a total of six people who were going to be there to ensure everything went smoothly, including Susana García, the aesthetician and operating room assistant, and Dr. Díaz Infante himself. Upon discharge, they gave me direct phone numbers for both the aesthetician and the doctor in case I had any problems. I should mention that I had the surgery on a Thursday and was discharged on Friday, so the first few hours after the operation were on the weekend. Fortunately, I didn't need to call, but having direct contact with both of them gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence. As you can see, my experience was unbeatable. I'm now enjoying a beautiful bust and have no problems whatsoever. I consider both Susana, as the aesthetic consultant, and Dr. Díaz Infante to be excellent professionals whom I wholeheartedly recommend if you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure.

A horrible bad experience with this doctor. I had a huge bulge and uneven skin from a abdominal plastic surgery which resulted in a consistent seroma that he wouldn’t take responsibility of nor replying to my messages after I went into another surgery to fix what he did . I paid a total sum of 9000 euro for absolutely nothing and now he said it loud and clear he would not return my money please avoid this man please do not even think of going to him absolutely no ethics. You are simply a doctor that has no ethics, you are claiming that the reports and videos I sent you are not true that it was not my own surgery and that I sent you a video of someone else operation! You refused to let me come to see you at the clinic and sent me a message saying I don’t come ! I have a report from the plastic surgeon and the hospital report where I had my second surgery and you are still claiming it’s fake ! I just hope no one else suffers like I did in your trap and that one day you get exposed. I have all the evidence that supports my claim and still you refused to acknowledge your mistake or responsibility

Poor organization and a lack of respect for customers' time. I had an appointment for 6:00 PM, and I left at 6:45 PM, even though there were still three people ahead of me. I notified the person who scheduled my appointment that I had left by phone, as there was no one at reception to speak to the entire time. It seems this isn't an isolated incident, because the response I received on the phone was that "it's impossible to measure the time each patient needs." I imagine that if it had been an exceptional case, the first reaction would have been to apologize. Precisely because I understand that there can be some delays, I waited a courtesy of 45 minutes. In any case, a wait of more than 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time doesn't seem "impossible" to control, but rather something they either don't know how to manage or don't want to. With so many aesthetic clinics in Madrid, this lack of respect for other people's time is something none of them should tolerate. Customer/patient care begins before even stepping into the office; for me, this is a very bad indicator of what might come later. I won't be back.
