I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Castro Sierra and his entire team. I am so happy and satisfied with the results of my surgery. I had a ruptured breast implant removal with a mastopexy, and it's been two months since the procedure; I can say with complete certainty that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. After so many years with implants, I decided not to have them replaced, and the result of the reconstruction has been truly beautiful and natural. I feel comfortable, confident, and happy with my body again. Thank you so much.

I had open rhinoplasty and mentoplasty with Dr. Castro Sierra a year ago. He was the first and last doctor I saw; from the very first moment, I knew he was the one, and the same day I went to see him, I made an appointment for the surgery. It was undoubtedly the best decision of my life; I haven't regretted it for a single moment. The entire team is wonderful—the doctors, the anesthesiologist, the nurses… I will be eternally grateful.

Buenas, me opere hace 5 anos y medio en hospital ruber con el doctor Castro Sierra, y estoy decepcionada. La primera intervención me costó 6750 euros ,impante mamario y mastopexia, a primera vista parecía el trato genial, pero a los dos meses de la intervención se me había caído el peson izquierdo. Lo able con el doctor Castro sierra, y bueno me.dijo que era su culpa qie me abia ahorado una cicatriz y por eso se me había caído, que era necesario someterme a segunda intervención pero que abría que pagar 4000 euros mas . Me negué a pagar discutí con el, queria denunciarlo y al final me opero la segunda vez sin pagar, y me dejó peor que la primera vez. Con mi dinero con mi salud en juego a manos de un sinvergüenza. Vaya decepcion .... el peor Momento de mi vida al elegir operarme con Castro Sierra ... fatal el peor medico.
