I had an amazing experience at Clínicas Diego de Leon, I can't thank Ana and Claudia enough for their outstanding care and professionalism. They were great organizing my entire treatment schedule within my vacation time in Madrid. Ana was very helpful, nice and her knowledge definitely helped to decide to get the treatment in this clinics. Highly recommend!

I went for a first consultation with a doctor for the treatment of acne scars and sun marks. the doctor Nunez didnt even stand up from his desk to look closely at my skin. Everything felt like it was a general answer he had for all his patients. Didnt ask me if i had any makeup on, didnt know what is the brand of the laser he is suggesting to use. Didnt talk about the post treatment care regaridng the laser co2z The only thing he told me to buy a pack of 3 laser sessions and do them every month. When i raised questions about doing them in May ( it can be extra sunny and hot in Madrid) he told me that well, i can do the remaining ones after summer. Later i had a second opinion visit with dr Laura who was a totally different experience. I will definitely come back for a treatment with her in fall.

I paid for three laser fraxel sessions and each time I had to speak to a representative of the clinic to schedule it ask questions in regards to pre and post treatments. Every question I asked I didnt get an answer to unless I chased them about 2-3 times. When I was trying to schedule my last session they said that suddenly I didnt have to put on a nightly cream 2 weeks prior to the session to prevent hyperpigmentation like I did for the last two sessions and didn’t give a justified answer as to why suddenly the process had changed. And when I finally went for my last session they didn’t provide me with a cream post session like they did the last two times as apparently the cream that I received the first two times (1 and 2 years ago respectively) was supposed to last all three sessions. This was not something they disclosed until today. Honestly, I am so glad I finished all three sessions I paid for so I don’t have to deal with the awful customer service that they have here. Completamente lamentable.
