I had upper and lower blepharoplasty and eyelid surgery with Dr. Troyano at Clínica Soft. It was a complete success; he's an excellent professional. From the first visit, he calmly and thoroughly explained the procedure, using photos, without pressuring me, and I found him very honest. He inspired a lot of confidence in me. I had been to others, but none of them explained things as well as Dr. Troyano did. I had received excellent references for him, and I found them to be true. There's a bit of a waiting list, but it was worth it. The surgery went very well, and I had no complications or discomfort afterward. Many months have passed, and the results continue to be excellent. I feel like I look years younger and my expression has improved, without losing my own identity and without any visible scar or sign of surgery. Everyone says I look better. He provided excellent post-operative follow-up for several months. He's a wonderful doctor who is very kind, respectful, and approachable. I give him a 10 out of 10 without a doubt.
