horrible attention by doctor that wanted to take my appointment with her at lightening speed. seemed angry and condascending. almost suggesting surgery for everything and if not in an angrily and I haven time to spend on you, manner trying to ask intimidating questions when she offered treatments ...would never ever place my body in the hands of such insensitive, rough and no time for you, people! felt she was listing me up for the military not an aesthetic clinic. saw one of the surgeons walking by with a ladder..is also a handy man there? crazy place just ran out of there bad vibes. good luck!

Total disappointment. They injected Botox into the upper third of my eyes, and it felt like they'd put a huge weight on my eyebrows and eyelids. Before the Botox, I had a defined double eyelid, but within a week, that double eyelid disappeared, leaving my eyelids drooping down to my eyelashes, making me look tired and 10 years older. I went back to have it corrected, and they told me that the Botox effect would wear off over time, and everything would go back to normal. I said I wasn't going to wait six months with this mess, so they gave me a shot at the tail of each eyebrow to help lift my eyes a little. They didn't even give me another appointment for a check-up or anything. In the end, I paid them €300 for the disastrous job they did on the upper third of my eyes, and that was it. They don't care that my brow bone still has movement, they don't care how the feeling of weight I described on my eyebrows and eyelids develops. Zero sensitivity and empathy towards patients. I expected more professional and human quality from this clinic.
