I want to thank Dr. Martín Díaz and his entire team for the incredible experience I had with my nipple reconstruction surgery. From the initial consultation, through the pre-operative tests and check-ups, the surgery itself, and all the follow-up appointments and suture removal, everything was perfect. The whole team was always very kind, professional, and attentive. Furthermore, I practically never had to wait for any of my appointments. I felt very well supported and in the hands of true experts at all times. The recovery was incredibly fast, and I had no complications after the surgery. The doctor was always available to answer any questions, as was his entire team. Today, one month and ten days after the operation, I'm already back to my normal life and I'm thrilled with the result. It was an insecurity I'd carried for seven years, after my pregnancies and breastfeeding, so I'm very grateful for all the help and care I received. I would recommend Dr. Martín Díaz and his team to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery with truly expert and compassionate professionals. A 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to everyone!

An excellent surgeon and an even better person. I've gone to him twice. The first time was in 2013 for breast augmentation and liposuction. I remember leaving the consultation and knowing he was the one who would operate on me... I had a good feeling about him. Everything went wonderfully; even years later, a gynecologist told me to congratulate him on how well his implants were placed. I returned to Marcos in 2026 for a lipoabdominoplasty. During these years of menopause, although I still had a "bowlegged" figure, I was stronger and had a belly that was too big for my liking. I'm one month and one week post-op and I couldn't be happier. Everything has gone very well. The first five days are tough, but after that, it's all smooth sailing. I returned to work in three weeks after both surgeries (I worked from home for two weeks after the abdominoplasty because you're not completely well enough to go into the office). I couldn't be happier with the result I see in the mirror. Thank you so much, Marcos, for your work, professionalism, and for monitoring my progress. I also want to thank the entire team, from Javier in the operating room, who's the last person you see before going to sleep, to Juana with the Indiba treatment, who helps us recover faster and better, always with her cheerful attitude, to Dr. Martínez, who takes care of us during our follow-up appointments and check-ups, and last but not least, Raquel, who reminds us of appointments, helps us buy post-operative clothes, and is always attentive to all the necessary logistics... and always with a smile :) ..
