I had breast augmentation surgery with her two and a half months ago, and everything was perfect! From the first consultation (I had to schedule a final appointment to be 100% sure about the implant size, and it was no problem at all! I left very happy) to the post-operative period, where I had absolutely no pain, and the care provided by the nurse was fantastic. They are very attentive and answer any questions you may have, even via WhatsApp. The result is perfect, perfectly suited to my body! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Dr. Castro again! :)

From the very first consultation, the treatment was friendly and clear, which is greatly appreciated when you have doubts and fears. I felt listened to and well-advised at all times, by an exceptional team. The post-operative period was very well taken care of, with follow-up and attention whenever I needed it. And of course, the result has been excellent and very natural, exactly what I was looking for. A very good experience and highly recommended.

An excellent team of absolutely professional women who help you throughout the entire process, quickly resolving any questions. In my last surgery, both Dr. Castro and the anesthesiologist were incredibly helpful, making me feel safe, and the result was very positive. The whole team is wonderful. My deepest gratitude.

I had breast augmentation surgery with her a year ago and I couldn't be happier. The result is incredible; they're very natural and symmetrical, with a size that perfectly suits my taste and was guided by the doctor without any pressure whatsoever. From the very first moment, both she and her team have been incredibly professional and friendly. Without a doubt, if I had to have surgery again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose her again.

Dr. Castro did not properly assess my case. She failed to recognize that, for a fat graft to be successful, the treatment area must be prepared beforehand, as I had a scar that needed to be debrided, in addition to the area that had been irradiated. Finally, the graft goes inside the gland, not on the wall... Before sowing, you have to prepare the soil well... The treatment was incorrect and therefore ineffective; consequently, all the fat, time, hope, and money were wasted. Since the defect wasn't corrected, and although she later offered to fix it, I decided to consult another specialist. It was too late. A good surgeon must know their field of expertise to be able to diagnose and treat correctly the first time, as I consider this a fundamental error in reconstructive surgery. I have needed additional surgeries. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the staff at the clinic were kind in every other aspect. I have no doubt that the doctor is a good surgeon in other cases, but in my experience, it didn't work out. Another specialist explained that fat alone isn't capable of loosening or debriding anything, otherwise it would have worked. However, there was no change where the defect was. I needed a surgical technique called rigotomy, a minimally invasive procedure used to treat retracted scars like mine, with depressions or adhesions, often combined with fat grafting (lipofilling). It's by the Italian surgeon Rigotti; I didn't know this, but it makes sense. Again, I required fat from a new donor area and a second surgery. That's why I explained that it could have been done well the first time, since I didn't want to waste fat. I was frustrated, though. At the first consultation, only one procedure was planned, but since it didn't work, a second or more grafts were suggested. But if the underlying defect isn't treated, it won't take. The important thing is that it has improved now, and everything has contributed, including the first fat graft.
