Dr. Ahmad Saad, medical director of the IMAGN Institute performed a deep plane face and neck lift on me in August 2025. He did an exceptional job, and I am thrilled with the results. What I liked about Dr. Saad was that he didn't add unnecessary procedures or implants. He assured me he could give me a great neckline and a natural look. He was also very personable, attentive, and made me feel at ease. He spoke American English in addition to Spanish, was always reachable if needed, and his staff was very welcoming and professional. The institute is clean and modern and located in the Eixample neighborhood in Barcelona. I intend to return to the IMAGN Institute for future tweaks, and highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Saad to everyone considering plastic surgery. Below are my before and after photos.

I’m truly so happy with the work Dr. Saad has done. From the very beginning, I felt I was in thoughtful and capable hands. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, something natural, refreshed, and still completely me, and that’s exactly what he delivered. Even early in the healing process, I can already see the elegance of his work. My eyes look more open, the heaviness I used to feel is gone, and my whole face feels lighter and more harmonious. Nothing looks overdone or artificial, which was very important to me. What stood out just as much as the result was the level of care and reassurance throughout the entire process. Dr. Saad was attentive, patient, and very precise in his explanations, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He even personally came to check on me in the hospital, which meant a lot and truly reflects the kind of physician he is. Recovery has had its ups and downs, as expected, but I always felt supported and well guided. Healing in Barcelona also made the experience even more special, as it was the perfect place to recover. I also want to sincerely thank his office team, and Andrea in particular, who was beyond amazing. She truly was the magician behind the scenes who made the entire process so easy to navigate, and I’m so appreciative of all her genuine effort and support. Looking at my results now, I’m genuinely grateful I made this decision. It feels like a refined version of myself, not a different person, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

I had a breast augmentation two weeks ago at Imagn Institute and the whole experience has been amazing. From the very beginning everything was handled with so much professionalism. Andrea was incredibly helpful with all the logistics, always quick to answer my questions, and made the process so easy. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern, and you can feel the level of care as soon as you walk in. Dr. Saad performed my surgery and he was wonderful throughout. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He is an insanely talented surgeon and the results are even better than I imagined. I’m only two weeks post op and already so happy with the shape and size, my scars are almost invisible, and I had absolutely no pain. I never even needed pain medication. I couldn’t recommend Imagn Institute and Dr. Saad enough.

I would not recommend Dr. Saad. I had surgery with Dr.Saad in March 2024. I paid for surgery and a small removal of a blemish from my hand. I woke up from surgery and the Dr 'forgot' to complete the excision on my hand. I came for my check up. I was told I can come back to do the excision in the clinic instead. I guess the surgery forgot about me.. My last check up was 2 weeks after my surgery. I have still not been called back despite my surgery being done over 19 months ago. I think Dr.Saad knows that my surgery did not go very well. I had a labiaplasty and clitoris reduction. My entire labia was removed leaving me looking extremely botched. 2 follow up appointments at 2 weeks post surgery is really not enough when the recovery time was due to be 6 weeks. This clinic does not care about its patients
