Nelida Grande (her last name says it all). I want to share my experience with Dr. Nelida Grande after my breast surgery (reduction, lift, and analysis), and I do so from the heart. I'm very happy with the result, but even more so with everything that went into it. This type of process isn't easy; it's full of doubts, fears, and moments of uncertainty… and that's where she truly makes a difference. From day one, I felt heard, understood, and supported. She's a warm and approachable doctor, with a wealth of experience and knowledge, but above all, with a human touch that conveys incredible peace of mind. She has such a familiar way of treating you that it makes everything much more bearable. Thanks to her, this journey, which initially filled me with so much apprehension, has become a much calmer and more confident experience. She has helped me overcome my fears and give me confidence every step of the way. The process isn't over yet, but I'm absolutely certain that I'm in very good hands, and I would choose her again in a heartbeat! I want to share my experience with Dr. Grande...she changed my prosthesis and I'm delighted, it looks perfect...and she gave me acid treatment on my lips and Botox on my forehead and contour...phenomenal.

The entire team at the clinic is very professional and lovely. The treatment I received from everyone was incredible, as was the follow-up and the prompt response to my questions. I had surgery in March and I am absolutely delighted with the result; I couldn't have chosen a better place for my breast augmentation.

I had the Derma Pen treatment done with them. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. First of all, every single time we had an appointment, they contacted me to cancel it and change the time, and even the day. They don't seem to understand that people have lives and schedules, and you can't just change the time like that. Secondly, they didn't have hyaluronic acid for the Derma Pen treatment, using the excuse that they were coming back from Christmas vacation and hadn't received any more stock. That's not my problem, since I'm paying a good amount of money so I don't have to worry about whether or not they have it in stock. It's ironic that they tell me the best product for my skin would be hyaluronic acid and then they don't have it. I had three sessions, and in the last one, they applied a product but barely used the Derma Pen. Thirdly, they make you pay for all the sessions upfront. I bought a package of three, and they made me pay the full amount at the first session. And lastly, the price seems EXCESSIVE to me. I had no idea what the prices for Derma Pen were like, and to be honest, I didn't look into it much further because I liked the initial contact with the clinic via WhatsApp and I agreed (they're deceiving you; they're not like that in person). But given the various complaints I'd already mentioned about the clinic, I researched the Derma Pen treatment more thoroughly, and most of the places I found offered the treatment for HALF THE PRICE. Without a doubt, I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!
