I had breast augmentation surgery 15 years ago and they turned out great. A few months ago, I had an ultrasound and the doctor asked me how long I'd had them. When I told him 15 years, he was surprised and said that if I'd told him it had been two days, he wouldn't have believed me because they're perfect. I'm very happy; without a doubt, for me, it's the best option. I'm writing again because I've once again been in the hands of the best surgeon in Spain. At the beginning of summer 2024, I had a mammogram in which I'm almost certain one of my implants ruptured. I had to have them replaced, and even though I live in Mallorca, I didn't hesitate. I went to Barcelona to find Dr. Sesma, and once again, he worked his magic. He replaced my implants 17 days ago, and although I was in love with my previous breasts and thought they couldn't possibly look any better, I was wrong. They've made them even more beautiful! I can only say that I would choose them a thousand times over. I recommend them 100%. And what can I say about Chus, always attentive on the other end of the phone with her kindness and friendliness? They are a great team, as is the operating room staff at the clinic… I am very, very happy ☺️

I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with Dr. Sesma four years ago. I highly recommend him and his team at Clínica Diagonal. In that respect, they were fantastic. However, about two years ago, I went to Clínica Pau Claris for lip augmentation. He doesn't perform this procedure himself; it's done by a collaborator who sees patients at his clinic. I don't recommend this clinic for this procedure. I was in a lot of pain (even with the anesthetic cream and injections). They injected me many times, and the results weren't very noticeable at first. After using a whole vial, I got a huge bruise that lasted a long time. I recently went to another clinic for lip augmentation (because the first one didn't last very long), and it was a completely different experience. No anesthesia, zero pain, incredibly fast, no bruising, the results are much more noticeable even though they only used half a vial... I won't be back for this treatment, but I would definitely go back to Dr. Sesma for any kind of cosmetic surgery.

It's been almost 20 years since I had surgery and I just got a breast ultrasound and they told me everything is perfect!! Natural and he is a professional from head to toe! The best choice I could have made!

The whole team treated me wonderfully, but I'm giving it one star because the rhinoplasty result wasn't entirely satisfactory. It ended up crooked, and when I mentioned it to him after weeks of recovery, he continued to deny it even after seeing it in person! I know he's a great surgeon, but this was my reality, and his refusal to accept that my nose wasn't straight was a negative experience that has stayed with me. The team's attention to detail, however, was perfect.
